Fermentation Masterclass
The fermentation masterclass was very enjoyable! I learned a lot about the gut and how to make it as healthy as possible. Also, the final product was super tasty. I’d definitely recommend

Having already taken part in two courses on the GUTZ platform, I’m now excited to explore 1-on-1 coaching to dive even deeper into this journey.
The Gut Health and Fermentation program was incredibly insightful. It gave me a profound understanding of how gut health is intricately connected to the rest of the body, especially when it comes to bloating and hormonal balance. Since completing the course, I’ve become much more intentional with my food choices, started making my own fermented foods, and noticed real improvements in my digestion and energy levels.

I had heard a lot about gut health but I was overwhelmed by all the information I found online. Having one place with all the info I need, structured in a way that gives me confidence and provides clear action steps as to how I can improve my gut health has really been super helpful. I feel better, more in control of my health, and notice big changes in my mental health too.

The Gut Health and Fermentation program by GUTZ was a truly transformative experience. As someone deeply connected to holistic living, yoga, and the rhythms of Ayurveda, this course felt like a missing puzzle piece. It illuminated just how profoundly the gut influences not only digestion and hormonal balance, but also our energy, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
Since integrating the course teachings into my daily life, I’ve become much more intuitive with my eating—choosing foods that nourish and bring my system into balance. Making my own fermented foods has become a grounding, almost meditative ritual, and the shifts have been real: less bloating, more vitality, and a deeper sense of inner balance.
The GUTZ team brings such a beautiful combination of science, heart, and soul to their work. Their support felt authentic and aligned, and I’m already feeling called to continue this path—perhaps even stepping into the certification journey next.

The (online) Gut health and fermentation course of Moritz gave me very valuable insights. It deepened my understanding of gut health and its interconnection to the rest of the body. Ever since I took this course, I’ve been eating more consciously, making my own kimchi and am seeing my skin glow up (whilst having lots of history with eczema). I am eager to learn more and explore other courses that Mygutz and its kind & knowledgeable people have to offer. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the gut health and fermentation course, it was so detailed and full of amazing insights. My constipation and skin issues are finally getting much better since I implemented the changes the Gutz team recommended in diet, lifestyle and mindfulness. Thanks to the team for the amazing work you are bringing to the world 🙏🏼

I really enjoyed the Gut Health and Fermentation Masterclass. It was super inspiring and helped me learn so much about gut health and the power of fermented foods.
The class made me even more excited about fermentation, and now I want to spread the word in my country, Georgia, where we also have a strong tradition of fermenting.
I really hope Moritz can visit Georgia one day—I would love to host him and show him our local food culture. This masterclass gave me so much motivation and I’m grateful for the experience!

Overall, it was an empowering experience that truly set me on the path to living a healthier, happier life.
