Thank you for assisting us with my son's knee surgery. The arthroscopy appointment was smooth, with a skilled and attentive doctor. Carlo handled booking, transportation, lab work, pre/post-op, and the hospital stay.

This was our first visit to Mexico, and everything was so streamlined that we could focus entirely on recovery. The pricing was transparent, and the experience exceeded expectations!

I was very nervous going to another country for surgery. It was my first time having ANY type of surgery so I was extra nervous. I’m here to say that Carlo is a gem. He was amazing at being there for me every step of the way, from the day before I left my home , to the day I returned home safely. He was very knowledgeable about the procedure I had and the medications I was given and even what to expect from the recovery process. The surgeon was also top notch and I felt like I was in very good hands. I would recommend this company completely.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ayala a the team. From the airport where I was picked up in a clean Range Rover by Carlos who was my guide during the whole process. Clarifying all my doubts even a week after my procedure he was making sure that I have not doubt and if everything was ok with my health. I really appreciate the level of concern for their patients’ wellbeing.
The nurses are amazing, very caring and professional. I had the privilege to be assigned to Silvia she is wonderful. Dr. Ayala explained the procedure and what to expect, that gave me confidence and peace before my surgery. It was a friendly environment I felt like I was with a bunch of old friends. My procedure went well.. I am starting my 3rd week today and I love the results. No pain. No complications so far.. I am a happy patient. I recommend Dr. Ayala and the team. God bless you all❤️

First and foremost I respect and honestly love and appreciate Carlos this was my first time having any kind of surgery and he made the process very relaxing. I’m definitely giving the whole process from the wonderful doctors to the nurses to Carlos the upmost respect . We had a great experience with my husbands umbilical hernia surgery! The coordinators did everything and beyond!! The nurses were fantastic! My husband speaks Spanish so that was not a problem with us and when I needed to be in the loop the coordinator Penelope take such amazing care of us! My husbands parents drove us to Mexicali and their vehicle broke down Penelope met them on the side of the road and took care of them! Even after surgery they checked on us and made sure we were ok and if we needed anything! It could not have gone any better!! Thank god for Carlo and Penelope for making this a great experience! And the surgeon was great and spoke good English so communication was good!! Thank you for saving my husband and my in-laws last week, I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!!

I had a great experience with my tubal ligation reversal in Tijuana Mexico. My transportation was seamless, and all staff were kind and trustworthy. My doctors were knowledgeable and nursing staff was excellent. I saved quite a bit of money getting a non-insurable procedure done through Medical Tourism to Mexico. The staff was very thorough, kind, and available for any advice or questions we had after the procedure as well. Highly recommended!

I live in AZ and wanted a mommy makeover in MX. I wanted to go this route for 2 reasons 1) it's cheaper 2) after talking with US Dr and MX Dr, I thought I'd like my results better in Mexico. And I was right. I'm 10 weeks post-op and I love my new look. I feel great in my own skin again. I went with Carlo and he had excellent communication and really helped me feel safe traveling to another country for surgery. I highly recommend.

I would like to show my appreciation for the excellent liposuction that Doctor Ayala. He performed a liposuction 360 on me.
Now it has been almost 3 months and the results are coming along the way I expected.
He did residence in Brazil with a Dr
Pitaqui. Dr Pitaqui is the one started with liposuction.
He really knows what he is doing.
I highly recommend him.

This has been my first surgery of any kind. I had a previous appointment in Guadalajara cancelled and I was surprised that Carlo and his team could arrange so quickly the surgery I required. I could never have imagined such a professional team led by Dr. Joaquin Ayala to perform the surgery I required. I had male breast reduction and by the 4th week of recovery I could be comfortably without a shirt.

Dr. Ayala was very professional and caring. He was definitely very friendly and easy to talk to. Carlo was amazing as well. Carlo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The recovery house staff were amazing as well. We couldn't have asked for better care. My husband had a tummy tuck and breast reduction after loosing 105 lbs. I had a mommy makeover and my eyes lifted. Everyone at the clinic was terrific. The hotel we stayed in after the recovery house made us feel so welcome and we couldn't have asked for better any where else. We had a great experience all the way around.

I highly recommend Mexicali, everyone was great and I love my results, everything went smoothly. Maritza is a wonderful person and made me so much more comfortable and at ease. Carlo answered all my
questions and helped make my booking process and trip easier. Alfonso was so sweet and friendly & our drive was awesome. Definitely recommend arriving a day early for all the pre ops because it can be a bit much to do everything all in one day. Overall amazing experience and i’m so happy I did my procedure with Dr Sariñana, everything my is wonderful.

Procedure was with Dr Sariñana and I am very pleased with the ongoing results. He was very upfront about results from doing lipo 369 instead of tummy tuck. I went in knowing what to expect. I chose to do procedure at clinic, which saved $$$. The staff there were great. I recommend going a day before your procedure to do labs and relax. Martiza went above & beyond to make sure I was good for procedure and Brianna, who stayed the night with me after procedure, was a great help and company. Though there were some bumps in the beginning Carlo & his team made sure I was good to go and took care of all.the bumps. I will definitely recommend people to use thier services.

Once I was settled in and cleared for my procedure things ran smoothly. I recommend coming to Mexicali the day before procedure so you can take care of all the necessary preop requirements. Maritza was very attentive and detailed. She definitely made things run smoothly.
I chose the clinic versus the hospital and I was very satisfied with my choice and saved me some money. The staff at the clinic was very professional and attentive to my needs. Dr Sariñana did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. The whole experience was truly worth it.Thank you so much Carlos for making me feel so comfortable and answering all my questions. I definitely recommend.
