Ordered over a week ago and apparently shipped same day. Not yet received (Royal Mail tracking still says they are expecting the parcel). When raised, have received nothing back.

This is a scam! Delivery not made, and machine translated emails coming from company claiming they don't have recipient's full address; and that recipient did not pick up delivery. They claim to deliver with DHL in 2-5 days, but claim I did not pick up from "post office". Meanwhile, tracking info says that delivery is "being prepared".

Got polanight 16% and it's made my teeth yellow which has never happened before, I don't know what they've sent me but just go somewhere else don't risk it!

Awful. Was sold defected teeth whitening that made no difference at all to my teeth. Clearly they are selling Pola Night that has expired as I have never had an issue with this brand, so I plan on reporting this company to Pola Night and trading standards.

Spoke to the same receptionist on two occasions on different days.
Was told by her that I was rude. Have been going there for over 20 years and have never been spoken to like that before.
My dentist is reena and she’s fantastic.

Redd truspilot rewiews.. got scared to use this waist off money . It looks like I got cheated this time for 100 €. Is just sad !

Something is wrong with this product. After 2 weeks mine teeth got new stains, became yellow. It was a disaster. I stopped use this product, begun pulling with coconut oil and I successfully treat those ny stains.
Now I had paid something that not only does have promised effects but had harmful effects on me.

If you live in Norway you will have to pay customs and taxes, even though they write that they ship from Norway, which *should* mean you are exempt from that. I wrote them an email asking about it, and they were not very nice about it, saying that I would not get a refund if I didn’t pick up the package. This seems like a scam, with really poor customer service support, don’t order unless you want to pay extra for a product that you don’t know if you will keep or not!

Everything went wrong....
Did not receive that the package was ready for p/u
Sent an email and asked what happened with my order. Got an answer back that it was sent back to them.
Asked for a refund since I was on my way abroad and nobody home to pick it up.
Got a very strict answer back that thats not possible to refund any money.
They can resend it but whats the point when it will be going back again....
I will never use them again.
This is not a good customer service.

You have to read the small text on the site, you have to pay extra taxes! The custom survive s#$ks I wrote to them about an hour after ordering and they said I could'nt because the order was already shipped, I saw on my order update that my order was shipped 2 days after I tok contact. When I mentend taxes they said that they would refund it, NEVER HAPPEND! And the product is terrible! BS company who just want your money and the product is real bad. Do not buy! SCAM COMPANY

I was nervous ordering as i've been ripped off by a company that didn't send the products i'd paid for.
Not the case with My diamond smile they literally came the next day. I got exactly what i'd ordered. 4 syringes of polanight. The price is reasonable and the products aren't fake. I've used this stuff before and know the difference. Thank you My diamond smile for restoring my faith. I shall be using this company again.

Ordered 4 x 16% Polanite syringes for £32. When they arrived they were only 1.3g each!!! ie. a total of 5.2g. Considering I could buy 2 x 3g shringes from my dentist for £30, they are expensive even before postage costs. What I am more annoyed about is that the size of the shringes mentioned in my order. Will not be buying any more, other than from my dentist!!

Dr Lai is a formidable orthodontist. He looked after my three boys who all wore orthodontic braces with remarkable results. Dr Nick is extremely knowledgable, and transparent in passing information to the parents and to the younger patients who adored him. Personable and professional I warmly recommended him.

Legit Company unlike so many others! I received my products 2 days later, they dispatched it as soon as the order was placed. The product didn't cause major sensitivity but worked well and I have super sensitive teeth. I'd definitely recommend using them!

I've ordered some Pola products and they seem exactly the same as what I've received from my dentist for less than half of the price.
The taste, effect, and consistency of the gel is the same.
The products were delivered swiftly and I also like very much that you can use PayPal to pay, instead of just using my card details.
All in all I am super happy with the service provided and will certainly return.
