DO NOT buy from this company, I bought 4 pants and they completely sent me whatever they had ( like some other reviews said) horrible quality, I order waterproof pants, I poured water over them and completely soaked through, the stretchy leggings were NOT stretchy at all, and some insulated pants that were some really, really cheap Lycra, they offered 20% discount, but the quality is horrendous, then they said I could ship it to China for a refund, two of the pants didn't have price tags and looked used, stay away. Horrible quality, horrible company

BUYER BEWARE CORRUPT CHINESE CO

CHINESE CO! BEWARE! I paid for expedited shipping on April 30 and my order arrived June 9. The pants run very small and the cut is odd and the fabric stinks. When I asked for the info to do a return they told me it would be too expensive because they moved their return facility to China and offered me a 20% discount. I am still waiting to hear back from them on the return process and how much $ that will cost. It is now June 28. Very frustrating. Unless you have nothing else to do with your time and money don’t buy from this company! I should have checked trust pilot before I did.

If I could give this site a -000 I would.
The pants ripped on first wear. The quality is terrible, not to mention it took over a month to receive them. It's not worth the trouble.

When I sent photos of the pants, I was told I could send them back to China at my own expense for a refund (about the same cost as what I paid to ship it back), keep them and receive 20% of the value, or a gift card worth 50% of the value, or a replacement.

Frankly, I would never want another article of clothing from this place. I should have looked at the reviews before buying.

Thin and Stretchy

The pants are stretchy as advertised. But they are obviously cheaply manufactured. If they were SPF rated they might be worth $10. I purchased from the Mencomfy.com website for $32. My bad for not finding that they were $27 on Amazon. If you want thin, stretchy and super casual this is your pant.

I ordered size Tall jeans and was sent regular length. I emailed numerous times, they kept telling me to send pictures, which I did. Then they would apologize and say they would correct the issue, then days later they asked for pictures again. This is a scam company

This company is a scam. DO NOT Buy from them.

I also, never received my order but they keep telling me it was delivered. It took 6+ weeks for my order to be "delivered", but I never received the package. I have a porch camera and there was no package delivered to my house on their delivery day. They are saying that I need to pursue the courier for proof of non delivery. They say it was delivered so I can not prove it was not delivered. This company is a scam. DO NOT Buy from them.

Creeses wont come out ever

Very Bad services !

I ordered a winter pants on december 26 th 2024.  In march 2025, i had not received pants.  I asked to cancel my order because the winter was finished.  Neither do that i asked , comoany send me a pants quickly.  Bad color !  Bad size !

Never Received What I Ordered …

I placed an order in mid February,2025 for some rhinestoned jeans. On 3/27/25 I received a cotton 2 piece set which resembled pajamas and had no idea where they came from. The next day I received a delivery confirmation from this site stating my jeans had been delivered. I immediately emailed them advising I didn’t receive my jeans but some cheap set. They offered to refund me 15% and I could pay to return the item I received, back to China. I refused since I didn’t order the item in the first place. After quite a bit of back and forth and creating a dispute though PayPal. I received 50% back and allowed to keep the item that I never ordered in the first place. No mention of my jeans was ever made.

Phantom delivery without real tracking

I never received my order but the company continuously says my item was delivered. They provide a tracking number that the USPS says does not exist in their system.
The company refuses to make recourse of any kind. Do not order from this merchant.
UPDATE: The company finally provided USPS tracking number which showed the company delivered an item to the correct GPS coordinates to another address. Meaning - They did not send anything to me. I shared the USPS report and emails from company with paypal and they resolved in the sellers favor. I am at a loss to explain how. The company does have their own link (not valid with USPS) saying items were delivered to my porch. They were not. So frustrating.

Ordered a pair of cargo pants in…

Ordered a pair of cargo pants in Small/tall. Website said order smaller because they run large. They don't. The waist is tiny and I mean tiny. They were not the right size, as I ordered tall and these fit like Capri pants. It took weeks for them to arrive. When I contacted customer service, they offered me a 15% refund it 10% off my next order. I informed them that they sent me the wrong size (not tall) and I wanted a return and full refund. They told me they ship from China and it would cost me a lot of money to return them. I told them I wanted a full refund and because they sent me the wrong item, I shouldn't have to pay to ship them back. I'm going to have to dispute with PayPal. Don't order from this company. The quality of the merchandise is terrible, they send you the wrong thing and then won't fix the issue.
