Some lack of clarity on the uninstall/install instructions led to uncertainty of the process and some stalls/delays. However once I worked through those, the install and startup seems to have worked well and I have apparent functionality, though only a day into it and a few minutes checking it out.

I ordered a very cheap gray market Office 2019 license voucher from Groupon, which was fulfilled via Mycodes24. I received the product key and instructions from Mycodes24 promptly. The process included some stumbles including a sign-in prompt for Microsoft that wouldn't accept my personal MS account, but eventually worked OK. Be sure to read all the instructions to make this work! MS accepted the product key, it shows up in my (personal) MS account, and the software installed fine. A little sketchy, but very cheap, so I'm satisfied.

This is my 2nd purchase from MyCodes24 in the past 2 months. I had used this site in January 2025 & bought 4 licences for 2024 Office via Groupon. It went brilliantly, even despite a slight hicup (my fault)
However having recommended this site to one of my family recently to get a 2024 Offce IT WAS A DISASTER, having een paid TWICE - NO RESPONSE to any emails. Used to like David, whom I am convinced is a BOT.

Thanks to David with MyCodes24 for helping me fix an old man problem with a product I purchased. A new experience created more hoops to jump through than I could comprehend. I really had been in the dark using an Office program that was obsolete and not supported anymore. I made it work for me until it died not to be recognized by my Windows PC. I upgraded to a current version, that with David's help, downloaded and installed. After about a month the new Office program failed because it was not properly activated initially. My fault entirely. I neglected to save important email instructions containing critical activation codes. After several hours of navigating the internet and sooooo frustrated the confusion spiraled to overwhelmed defeat. I did save one email that hooked me up with David at MyCodes24.com. He helped me retain my old man, 71 years young, sanity. David displayed compassion and knowledge to restore the operation of my new program. David, I would love to meet you someday and shake your hand.

I purchased Microsoft office 2021 from them. After the purchase, they wanted me to send them $40 more. It's a scam. Beware or you'll learn the hard way.

It appears that this is a scam. The MS Office installation instructions say to ignore any virus warnings as you install their office ISO file on your machine from their non-Microsoft website. Opening your machine up for anything -This is a total waste of money.

I had a browser issue that prevented me from printing the download and activation information. I contacted technical support and they found my online order and sent me a custom email with all the information. From there on, everything worked perfectly! I will definitely purchase from Mycodes24 again!

Went to the website and get paid for a code. Website said it was still processing the order.

Funds were taken out of my account but no code was sent.

My email to their support didnt receive a response.
