I purchased a windows 11 pro digital…

I purchased a windows 11 pro digital copy and key. The key didn’t activate correctly. I contacted my choice software and they immediately responded and was able to assist activating the key. I later read that this can be an issue with Microsoft and can in no way be the fault of My Choice. Their fast response and assistance was awesome!

blatant false advertising…

one star just for blatantly fraudulent advertising that wasted my time. When the ad says, NO SUBSCRIPTIONS! ONE TIME PURCHASE! so that you'll click on it only to be brought to a page that is literally nothing BUT subscription options and ZERO "one time purchase" options, that's a company that is going to have their public facing ip addresses added to my block list, never to be seen via my network ever again. good riddance.

A Timely Response and Fast Fix, No Muss, No Fuss!

I had an issue downloading Office 2021 to a new laptop. Following several failed attempts to resolve the problem on my own I contacted MyChoice and described the problems. I was quickly answered by Jake F. at MCS who requested a bit more information; soon after providing what he asked for I received a response and a fix and the software was successfully installed and activated. The whole process was accomplished in under one hour. I am very pleased at the quick and correct resolution to my issue, especially being new to the Windows 11 world!

Activation of Office 2019

I was having trouble activating Office 2019. I know just enough about installing software to make me dangerous! I called the support number and Finn was wonderful. He took charge, had the software activated in 10 minutes and tested everything to ensure it was all working. He's a gem! Thanks again Finn for a great experience and all your help!

GREAT customer service and EASY online purchase!

The online purchase was very easy.
I called the phone number on their website and Alex, an American, answered the phone (no voicemail prompts to go thru!) and was super helpful!
He sold me the product I really needed which cost less and initiated the refund instantly!
Life long customer for sure!!!

FINN is the best support tech you can get.

Finn had a lot of patience to deal with me and my computer. I was at my wits end trying to get the software set up. He tried e everything and finally figured out it was my PC Matic creating the problem. He put up with a lot......Me asking questions and the computer not responding to his trying to install the software. I am forever grateful for his patience and kindness through the whole ordeal. You have a great support tech. I have never had a support tech like Finn anywhere he is one of a kind and you are lucky to have him.
