I purchased a windows 11 pro digital copy and key. The key didn’t activate correctly. I contacted my choice software and they immediately responded and was able to assist activating the key. I later read that this can be an issue with Microsoft and can in no way be the fault of My Choice. Their fast response and assistance was awesome!

one star just for blatantly fraudulent advertising that wasted my time. When the ad says, NO SUBSCRIPTIONS! ONE TIME PURCHASE! so that you'll click on it only to be brought to a page that is literally nothing BUT subscription options and ZERO "one time purchase" options, that's a company that is going to have their public facing ip addresses added to my block list, never to be seen via my network ever again. good riddance.

I had an issue downloading Office 2021 to a new laptop. Following several failed attempts to resolve the problem on my own I contacted MyChoice and described the problems. I was quickly answered by Jake F. at MCS who requested a bit more information; soon after providing what he asked for I received a response and a fix and the software was successfully installed and activated. The whole process was accomplished in under one hour. I am very pleased at the quick and correct resolution to my issue, especially being new to the Windows 11 world!

I called the phone number on their website and Alex, an American, answered the phone (no voicemail prompts to go thru!) and was super helpful!
He sold me the product I really needed which cost less and initiated the refund instantly!

Finn had a lot of patience to deal with me and my computer. I was at my wits end trying to get the software set up. He tried e everything and finally figured out it was my PC Matic creating the problem.
