They never delivery my stuff but they take the money !!!
Being in Canada I have ordered bee balm for a long time , but in the last year or so , everytime I order they say oh we can’t delivery to you so we will refund your purchase , they never refund and they never deliver . They now owe me x2 for blueberry , candy cane , cherry , pina colada , and banana over the last 2 years

Raising costs lost you a customet

I’ve decided to stop buying your product. I really loved it in the beginning but when you got sneaky and started raising the price more and more, my love for your product diminished. Soft Lips

I have been buying from the Bee Balm company since they launched and I really like how soft my lips are. There has been a couple of the bee balms I didn't care for because they seemed perfumey, but, everyone has their own likes and dislikes. I love the Pumpkin Spice, Boba Tea & the Blueberry most.
Shipping is fast!
I appreciate the emails so I do not miss out on the new releases.
Please make a Blackberry flavored one and an Orange and/or an Orange Creamsicle! I think they would be a hit!

I love their products

I love their products. From their cute lip balms with different flavors to moisturizers and face masks. The only snag is their products (lip balm flavors) normally sold out then it takes some time before it becomes available again and you have to wait to get your favorite flavor.

This is one of the biggest scam company around. They offer you a discount only to charge you $10 a month for membership fee. They refused to reimburse me. Why would I want a 10% off my 1st order to only pay $10 a month. Product isn't even worth the cost. My lips actually became dryer. Product is cute for a 5 or 6 year old.

The $0.95 fee activated the 10% discount right away, which is why it isn’t refundable- but your $10 credit is still active and ready to use.

It’s sad to see that this still left you feeling disappointed, as we’re committed to keeping things transparent and creating an experience that feels fair and easy every step of the way.

They sell cheap made in China cr@*. The ingredients they advertised on their website are not the ingredients in the product.
When I contacted them about their error, they insisted that I pay for return shipping in order to get a refund even though they sent the wrong thing.
Horrible customer service and cheap products. Buy from anyone else. Third ingredient is coconut oil which is nowhere on their website. There's nothing created by a bee until far lower in the ingredients list.

Lousy customer service

Update they charge,95 cents for the VIP discount (not authorized by me) then I had to pay for the return postage. They only refunded the purchase price and not the .95 cents! They are a scam. Will never purchase them again. The phone number doesn't work and the founders do not respond.Lousy customer service. After purchase I noticed a 95 cent charge that I had not authorized. It was for VIP service. Requested cancellation only to be told that I will not receive it. Then tried to cancel entire order. Says cannot because it is being shipped. Asked for return slip, not received. They take your money but not helpful with cancelling. Phone number doesn't work. Don't be scammed by them!
I finally called my credit card company to report the lousy customer service. DON'T Buy from them!!!

So many things to talk about

So many things to talk about. Let me start by saying I LOVE the lip balms! They're so adorable and work really well.
Bee Balm's customer service is BY FAR THE WORST IVE EVER DEALT WITH!
I ordered a number of balms on Dec 1 for stocking stuffers. I didn't receive them until well into JANUARY! there is no phone number to call, it takes over a week for an email response (if you even get one), and they really aren't helpful at all.
They did eventually make it right, but dealing with their horrible customer service made me never want to order again.
Such a shame.

Ordered this product 2 weeks ago. Says shipping is 5-7 business days. My tracking shows that the package is slowly navigating from one sort facility in China, to another one.

This is probably the 6th order I have…

This is probably the 6th order I have placed with BeeBalm. I love their products. Great quality and packaging is better than Ulta Beauty packaging. I always got my stuff on time even though they are based out of the country my packages always came in great timing. I live the product never had a problem with the company, I will continue buying hopefully they can come to the states one day for good. I truly love their product. Highly recommend to anyone and once you use this chapstick is history, I gave mine to my son.
