I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Paysafecard. Nearly a month ago, I initiated a transfer to my bank. Despite multiple calls and emails, they claimed the bank refused the payment, which is not accurate. They then asked for another IBAN, which I provided, but it's been 11 days with no response and no money returned. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. Beware of this company!

13th of August 2024, still nothing.
