Unstable platform. Production bugs blocked us multiple times to use the platform efficiently.
Paymentgateway integration is not good. We used razorpay and there is little customization and only razorpay subscription option can be used. Die to this we had to develop our own payment integration without relying on muvi's

It offers a lot of features in one place and has a very professional, robust & co-operative team. A couple of months ago, I paid $10 for the Muvi pay-as-you-go streaming service. After a couple of tests, I decided that it wasn’t for me, so I moved on. I haven’t used the service and won’t be using it.

Yesterday, I noticed a second payment of $99 taken from my bank account. Expecting this to be a mistake, I contacted their customer service and was told, “We have discontinued the Pay As You Go plan, and you have been navigated to the standard plan.”

I had a second conversation with a customer service advisor who said they would not refund me. This is for a service that I didn’t sign up for and did not agree to. Apparently, they emailed me to confirm the change; I did not receive this.

After a bad Trustpilot review they have now agreed to return my money. This has been a complete waste of my time, and I would have appreciated my money back without all the stress. Please take note, Muvi.

Feature Rich Platform & Trustworthy team to support. We did some customizations over & above their platform and it worked seamlessly. Last year we refreshed our templates again to give a fresh look and unlike our last vendor, this change was buttery smooth with Muvi. We started with Advertisement.. now we are into Pay-per-view, Subscription etc. Highly recommended platform..

We are an OTT Film Festival that is online and when we were looking for private labeled solutions, MUVI really met requirements from all aspects. First, the functionality that MUVI provided was 100% suitable for what we were looking for. Second, the pricing was very attractive. Third, the interaction with the staff has been excellent, right from the CEO down to the individuals that worked on our projects.

Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.

MUVI provides many features we need to create a video and audio platform, we really appreciate MUVI's courteous support!

The support team always tries to understand and respond to our expectations, then they give us a clear instruction in details with some snapshots, article links, and videos.

If needed, they also have a video call meeting, and that helps our communications with the support team.

We are very glad that now we are making an awesome platform, thanks to MUVI's great solution and support!

My story began three years ago, during the pandemic. I am a teacher who create educational video for student and sell them online. I was using zoom for that purpose but I faced a problem that my content was screen recorded and published on the Internet, so I looked for a company to protect my content and prevent the screen recording, movie did a great job with that with the best price ever.
I would rate my experience with the movie as a five star for sure, their team the solution they provide, and the product is the best , also whenever I face a problem or I need help, there’s support team is always there for help.
I would recommend movie for everyone.
