I love my new glasses! No problems with the prescription. This is the 4th time I have ordered from them. You can't beat the prices, and they look like you paid a lot more for them. They have good customer service, (email them) and they will work with you about any questions or complaints.

I'm not really thrilled with the outcome of my glasses. This is my second time ordering from the company. My PPD was not correct the first time of my own doing or something. So I did not return those ones but these ones are a little bit weird I might have to go back to my optometrist for bifocal prescription yet, the fawn colored ones, just feel not right. Also my two matching pairs that I got in different colors, you can't shut the arms on them to lay them down like a normal pair of glasses. I do understand that my prescription is very thick but it's just weird.

I am very pleased with my recent (and first) purchase from Muukal Optical. Ordering was easy and fun and I received my glasses quickly. The prescription of the glasses is PERFECT. I love the frames I chose and getting three pairs of no-line progressive lens glasses for $148.00 is a true bargain. I love the glasses with the interchangeable magnetic sunglass lenses. A color to match every mood and outfit! I am also very happy with the other pairs I purchased. I will definitely be ordering my next pair of glasses from Muukal and I will be sure to refer my friends and family to this site as well. All 3 of my glasses came out blurry
All 3 of my glasses came out blurry. Customer service asked for a picture and said they were all too big. I have the same style from other companies, with NO problems.
They sent me another pair which was better but not perfect.
When i reached out about other solutions, I was told I have 4 pair of glasses " what more do you want?".
They gave me a $65 coupon which expired within a week.
Don't bother.! Lisa is not that helpful.

Just received my new glasses yesterday. I bought transitional glasses and they dI not seem to get very dark at all in the sun, very slight tint. I've never had them so I don't know how they work. I have seen my father's get really dark. Maybe the blue block has something to do with it.

I am not happy with the darkness of the transition lens. I still have to squint because it is too light. Im not happy with the fit. The large frames still squeeze behind my ears. I'm not happy with the style with 2 of the 3 that I ordered. The photograph "try on" did not give a good representation of the style/colors.
