Caleb Bishop, the sales rep did a good job! However, the guitar came to me severely out of adjustment causing me to have to pay a tech guru to put it into specs. A high-dollar Custom Shop guitar should be perfect before shipping it out! The case came in damaged (not from shipping) Caleb worked with me to compensate for the damage. All in all, thank you and I’m tickled with the guitar!

Couldn't Ask for Better Service!

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They promptly researched the answers to specific questions I had regarding the bass guitar I wanted to purchase and explained things clearly. They set up the bass superbly, and kindly lowered the action as far as possible as per my request. Guitar Center had told me they only had this particular model of bass in two of their store locations in the entire US, so the fact that Music Store Live had it is a testament to their expansive inventory (and good taste, imho). The bass was set up and shipped in one day and arrived at my doorstep the next! Very quick! I could not have asked for better service!

Awesome Customer Service

Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me choose the right gear. They answered all my questions with patience and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Even after the sale, their follow-up support was top-notch. Highly recommend this store!

Extremely poor customer service

Product is ok. But the seller's communication is one of the worst! They don't specify the outrageously expensive shipping cost does NOT even cover custom and duty taxes. So be mindful, the international buyers. I did pay extra AUD$750 for custom and duty on top of the shipping USD$300 and the guitar for a fairly dear price. I just think as a buyer, we should have had the opportunity to make the informed decision whether or not worth buying or even able to afford such a guitar plus shipping and custom. MusicLiveStore didn't do anything in that respect. Zero help from them and in fact, barely responsive. And the worst is they did the invoice wrong to FedEx so I was asked to pay extra. Luckily, after extensive effort made to contact FedEx back and forth, request a quote and brokers calculation, I was about to rectify this with FedEx. Overall, all that MusicLiveStore did was only to pack a guitar and send an inaccurate invoice. I will never purchase anything from a shop like this.

The guitar is awesome. The price was great and when I noticed a slight blemish in the finish of the instrument the immediately gave me two options to resolve the issue. Overall, one of the best online experiences I've had in recent years. A+

Purchased a guitar that’s over 3k

Purchased a guitar that’s over 3k, and something went wrong with the website at the moment, tried to call customer service and a sales guy answered and said let me transfer your call, no body answered so I left a message, had to call back again 2 hours later and the same guy answered and said let me transfer your call to Customer service again, I received a call back from them 4 hours later and the person wasn’t able to help at all until the following day, he was able to find my transaction.
Point here is that I didn’t received a phone call after with a follow up or nothing I was actually asking for updates.
My experience buying here wasn’t the best unfortunately, next time I’ll use a big name music store.

Quick response! I asked for weight of a specific guitar and Alex unboxed it, weighed it, took pictures and because he took a picture of the back of the headstock, I knew it was the same serial number of the guitar I got. Thanks again!
