I have had nothing but a positivity and…

I have had nothing but a positivity and support from this company. I started my weight loss treatment 4 weeks ago, and I had a small misunderstanding on the medication. They were quick to find resolution and communication! Matt (lab tech) went above and beyond his normal line of duty to make sure all aspects were handled professionally and quickly! I would 💯 recommend this company to all looking for guidance and support on your weight loss journey!

Great company …

Went in for A cleanse and weight loss now that I’m done having my babies. Also did allergy testing to find out what foods I was allergic to and getting inflamed from. Amazing Staff, amazing doctors. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

I wrote a review in August of 2024/I am rewriting a new 1/14/25.

I wrote a review in August of 2024. I would like to rewrite this review as I feel my anxiety was pointed at the company and it was really one individual.

In December of 2023 the company was experiencing growing pains. I had signed up to receive Ozempic for weight loss and my experience was extreme sickness in a very short amount of time. I was frustrated from not getting the follow through I was expecting. A new person with exemplary customer service skills by the name of Jamie contacted me and changed my entire journey. She spent numerous amounts of time to make sure that she trouble shot every aspect of my bad experience. She was a shining star that walked me through these terrible side affects I was experiencing. I moved on to a new medication after stopping Ozempic for two months. Jamie was there again to walk me through this new journey I was about to take on. Unfortunately, there were small and different problems that occurred. I call in one day to speak with her and she didn't answer the phone it was a machine referring you to another number. When I called and had to leave a message. A call was not returned for at least a week.

At this point i wonder if I should move on, and all of a sudden I got a call and from the on the ugliness this gentleman (I use that word loosely) who answered the phone. His name was Matt. He claimed to be a Manager. I stated the issues I had been having getting in contact with anyone. I explained I really needed to speak to Jamie. He preceded to brutally describe her shortcomings with the statement "We fired her and she spent way too much time with everyone." Me coming from an HR background I was repulsed by the defamation of character he exhibited. When I let him know I did not agree with his explanation, but was just disappointed and wanted to speak to a Manager. He was argumentative, set in his ways, and threatened me and said "How would you like me to send your money back to you and have you be on your way?" as he was raising his voice. He then hung up on me. He called back 5 minutes later knowing what he had done to me and lied and said we must have been disconnected. This man should have been fired immediately, if not for anything else, but to put the company at risk. I wanted to know who his Manager was and he said the owner. I never got a call back because it was hidden from the owner.

Needless to say (Robert the owner) was finally notified of my terrible review, and he found his way to call me and speak. He apologized profusely and swore this would never happen again and would handle my case personally, and he has.

I highly recommend Matt be fired and you all enjoy the new and improved team at this office.

A friend recommended MMRX to me

A friend recommended MMRX to me, so I joined and successfully lost weight. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional service. I felt like I gained a supportive friend who guided me effectively throughout my health journey. Thank you to the doctor and to Robert for his excellent service.

I feel and look great

My wife started Wegovy first after I saw her good results, she referred me to Preston Wingfield, I started a month later on Oct 2023 by February I had lost 53 lbs, I went from 255 lbs to 202 lbs and I felt great, I didn't get any side effects and I kept to a modest diet. I do recommend it and Preston has great customer service.
Thanks Preston

A new me

I highly recommend Preston. He’s a professional respectful and patient person. He guided me through the process answering all my questions and concerns about Wegovy. I’m happy to say I’ve lost 30 pounds. Before I started the journey I had high blood pressure now I’m medication free and no longer have high blood pressure.
Thank you Preston for helping me look and feel better about myself.

If I could go back and let the call go…

If I could go back and let the call go to vm, I would. Biggest mistake I made was allowing Preston Wingfield to talk me into trying this program. Not only was I treated poorly, the meds they sent me made me sick for weeks. I’ve taken Mounjaro before and never had any issues. Not only did nobody follow up and check to see how I was doing/feeling, after 3 months they removed me from the program without warning. Adding insult to injury, I get a text and email from Preston trying to sell me more of their “meds.” Run far away from this company!

MultiMedRx - MMRx

Great company. Customer service is awesome. You are treated as a person and not a number. I was linked to Dr. Tang who was very thorough and making sure I got all my questions answered during our appointment. I was also linked to care coordinator, Matthew. He’s been very awesome and friendly. I can message him any questions and he always gets back to me quickly. Very impressed with this company. Have referred many friends. Thank you.

GREAT COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

You’re not treated like a number like most other companies. You can actually get a hold of a real person every time AND they are respectful and so nice. Doctor Francis is great, is attentive and listens. They have a lifestyle and food coach too which is awesome. The session with her was insightful. They make you do labs to make sure you’re ok. But the lab guy sets everything so all you have to do is go in and they have all your info. Then you’re able to review it on your next appointment. My care coordinator is the sweetest and always answers my questions when I send her a message. I was referred by a friend of mine and have referred people myself. There are no hidden fees. They are upfront about everything! So many other companies have catchy ads to suck you in and at the end of the day it’s crazy all the fees they tack on. This company was totally different. Plus I get credits every time I refer someone. I’ve almost reached my goal which I never thought I would reach on my own. Just wanted to reach out and say thank you!

MultiMEDRx LLC(MMRX)

I started working with this company in approximately November of last year. The whole experience was exemplary. I ended up having a negative reaction to the medication and chose to go off for a short time. They had a little turnover at the time, but was greeted with this young lady that jumped in really took care of me. I wrote a review for them and she was the star. I decided I was going to try a different drug they offered, and she took care of me again. Half way into taking the medication I called in to ask about upping the dosage. Much to my surprise a recording came on referencing another number to call. I called the other number and it was a recording to leave my info. I did, I waited a week and decided to call back in again, no answer, but this time I was more serious about getting an answer. I got a call back from a new person, very nice but knew nothing. I had referred two people of which I was never credited $100.00 for each, and I told her my experience which took her over a week to get answers for me. And no one ever said if you refer 2 people in the same month you can only collect $100.00 every month. She did stay in touch. Another dr's appointment was set up and I told the doctor what I had experienced he forwarded it to the office. In the meantime while waiting for my new prescription I receive a call from the so called Manager, he said "I heard you had a complaint." I said yes! The biggest thing was not being able to reach anyone and not being notified phone number had changed. He then began to interrupt me and started bad mouthing the employee that I had really liked and proceeded to tell me she was let go and this was why, she wasn't doing her job right, and his attitude continued to escalate to the point of him cutting me off and continued to bad mouth this poor girl and then would twist what I was saying, and when I tried to correct him he cut me off again. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the manager. I said who do you report to? The owner. I said "I would like to speak to him, he said I couldn't. At this point his voice had escalated and wouldn't let me talk and then he said '"How about I refund your money and you can get out of the program. He said "do you want that?" in a very threatening way. I tried to speak back, but all of a sudden the phone was dead as if he hung up on me. 5 minutes go by and my phone rings and it is him saying the phone was disconnected and trying to now after all that be nice. This was one of the most unprofessional reactions that I have experienced. It was horrible!

I found mmrx online and did the intake…

I found mmrx online and did the intake land provided my credit card information to hold my spot. I worked personally with a gentleman in what I suspect is intake and filled out paperwork etc. The very next day my glib and was hospitalized and I knew it wasn’t a good time to add the expense of the monthly fee plus medication. I contact the person who signed me up and he seemed very understanding and confirmed that I did not want to move forward with anything. About a month later I had a message on my phone from a provider saying I had an appt and my credit card was charged $100. I reached out directly to the person I did the paperwork with as well as customer service and had no response. I am very disappointed that I was charged for something I cancelled and for no service whatsoever. Poor business practice. I was hoping to revisit once my husband recovers somewhat but I’ll definitely go somewhere else.
