Beautiful items but uses a terrible…

Update. So after being banned from buying from these people - I have an email as proof. I’ve now managed to get my order using a different name and address.

ORIGINAL POST Beautiful items on website, can’t say in person as I never received my order because they use terrible courier who doesn’t deliver. 1 failed delivery attempt because I work and that’s it. Was left in limbo as to when or if I’d be refunded in full or they will use another courier because they said they were going away and would deal with it on their return. Shame as I loved their work. Why should I pay delivery charges when they didn’t deliver! DX just left a blank delivery card (didn’t fill in if they’d deliver next day or anything. Just blank) and now tracking no. doesn’t even exist when I try to locate my parcel. There were no delivery options available to me on DX website. Nothing. So no idea what’s happening. Please. Use DPD instead of DX. Anyone but DX! Evri and Amazon deliver to me every week with no issues and Yodel too. Delivered exactly is DXs motto. Didn’t deliver to me at all!!! Never before has something I ordered, not been delivered. I feared I was going to be left out of pocket here and it’s a lot of money to lose, which isn’t fair. I didn’t choose DX. YOU did. I’d really rather had got my order!!! I really wanted it. Get it, I didn’t. They then said they’ve told DX to return my order to them. Wonderful. It’s been weeks since they took over £100 off me. They said I’m RUDE for chasing up my order then said far worse after finally many weeks later refunding me. Seriously! No customer service here. I wanted my order or a refund. A courier leaving a blank card once is hardly MY fault. I’m paying interest on that money on my credit card. If you pay for something you expect to receive it or get an immediate refund. Why not apologise and just send it again using a different courier? Just been left in limbo. Thought as they were at Hampton Court Flower show they’d be a decent company.

Just seen an email from DX saying order delivered yesterday. Not to me it wasn’t. It was delivered to Mr Fox’s Garden. Wonderful that.
