If you don't want to get hustled getting your Swellpro drone fixed or worked on, then stay away from this business. I had a warrantee repair that I needed done on my Swellpro Spry+. I was given the option of sending the drone back to the manufacturer in China, or sending it to an authorized repair service shop in the US. I thought that I would get my drone back quicker if I went with the authorized repair service. What a mistake that was though. First the owner Marvin tells me that there will be a $90 bench fee. I didn't really agree with that because all costs should be covered under the company's warranty. I decided to pay the fee because I wanted my drone fixed. Once Mr. Bojack completed the repairs, I got a message that there was a "reseal and send" fee. Neither of which were told to me when setting up the repair. They waited until they had possession of my drone to tell me about it. If I didn't pay the drone would not be shipped back to me. So once again I had to pony up even more money. To be clear I definitely think a person should be paid when preforming a service, and I'm quite sure that Swellpro paid them for a warrantee repair. This company simply decided to squeeze as much more money out of me as possible in addition to Swellpro paying them. Lastly they straight lied to me about shipping my drone back to me. I had to ask about three times just to get the tracking number. Why would someone need to lie about the date they shipped something. The fact that they did really makes me wonder what else they lied about. Was my drone actually fixed? I still haven't received it so I have no idea, and that's the problem. I felt like I got hustled throughout the whole process with this businesses.
