I am extremely pleased with my experience on Mr Aberthon. I was in the market for a new phone and couldn't choose between 2 devices on their site. I called their hotline and the person helped me narrow down my choice. I am so happy with my brand new Kyocera DuraForce Pro. I will only be using this company in the future. I had a great experience here. First of all, loved the website so much. So smooth, pretty and easy to use. Secondly did you know they have an entire blog section? I spent waaaay too much time reading through their blogs, I learnt a lot about kosher phones and what they're all about, and back to my actual shopping experience, it was simply great and for whatever questions I had customer service is literally just a phone call away. Very nice and helpful person I spoke to. And just to wrap it up they had fast shipping (takes less than a week) and it was free! Brilliant gem of a store, highly recommend!

I ordered a replacement Hotspot and I let them know for a second time, they sent the wrong type of adapters with the unit. They wanted pics so I sent them. They proceeded to tell me I was wrong. When I finally got through to them that the cables they sent with the unit, did not fit any hole in the unit, they then told me it was my responsibility to buy NEW cables for the unit. I didnt want new cables in the first place. I had many of this type. I was simply trying to help them understand their mistake.

The unit I bought was a Netgear Unite Explore and while the original unit I had lasted for around 2 years. This unit lasted 6 months before needing replaced. I will NEVER shop with Mr. Aberthon again. The customer service alone is horrible when things dont go their way.

I purchased a Pantech flip phone on March 2019. The phone works ok, but it cannot connect to the internet or AT&T. I have contacted AT&T both online and at a store. They could not remedy the problem and said the phone is defective. They checked and said my "brand new" phone was actually first sold in 2013 and the warrantee expired in 2014. Of course the 14 day return time is gone, it took me a long time to find all this out. BE WARNED, ALL IS NOT RIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! This was advertised as a new product.

We purchased a hotspot from this website - Mr. Aberthon. It may not be the best known site, but definitely a gem of a site that we were able to find. We look for cost effective, but reliable vendors that will take the time to assist us. They had the lowest price for our make/model hotspot across the web. We're buying without seeing the item up front so we ask everything we think of before buying.
Initially we called and asked several questions and spoke with a very helpful young lady. She answered all of our questions and got answers for those she didn't have answers to herself.
After placing the order, it was fulfilled and reached us in 2 days with usps priority mail.
When we went through the package and set up the hotspot, we had several questions, and then several more during use. There is a fellow who followed up all our questions and concerns with answers, and went the extra distance to make it a smooth experience. We're fairly thorough and ask lots of questions. We kept these folks running on all 8 cylinders and they were responsive throughout.
We would buy here again, and would say don't hesitate to do the same. They have all the policies and practices in place that will ensure your experience was as pleasant as ours.

Sonim XP5700 was brand new and GSM unlocked as advertised. Indestructible rugged phone with excellent connectivity on t-mo and wi-fi.
You can also add apps (like email and maps) over ADB. Shipping was super fast. I ordered on a Thursday and received the following Monday via USPS Fist Class (free shipping). Their customer service emails were routed to my gmail spam box, be sure to check for their order and shipping confirmations. Very happy with the phone and the service from Mr. Aberthon.

Took advantage of T-Mobile's BOGO line special, needed a hot spot. Google search I found Mr Aberthon, great prices(better than Amazon by a mile) Bought a unlocked hotspot, opened the box, put in the sim card, battery(already fully charged), turned on, BAM on the air, 5 min. tops!! Getting better speeds than the specs. Fast shipping, great service all around!!! Thank You!

The product (netgear 815s) I received was faulty and never worked correctly. Due to the lack of flexibility on getting a replacement, I ultimately was suckered into keeping it with a $25 discount. Now, the product is a brick and I'm stuck looking for a replacement.

Samsung Rugby 4 purchased from Mr Aberthon... Sold as brand new!

Received a used 2nd Hand phone in a made up box it had very serious scratches to inner screen, I was very disappointed.

I have seen a few of the same reviews left for the same model of mobile phone?

So it's obvious this guy is a conning people selling 2nd hand, reconditioned phones as brand new?

Have to make review to warn people
As I was very disappointed.
