Nightmarish support
On June 13th, 2024 I bought several motorcycle gear items. Two helmets and a helmet intercom arrived, but the second intercom never arrived, a jacket and airbag vest were never sent.
On October 8th I asked for a refund of the items that were never sent/arrived and it was approved. I've been following up more than once a month and to this day nothing, no more e-mail replies, no action, just promises.
Last commitment (through Whatsapp with the sales representative, on February 18th, 2025) was that this week the refund would be made effective, the week technically over at the moment of writing this.
Since I've been ignored for months, I posted my complaint on their Fb page, without using offensive language, and of course they deleted my comment and banned me from visiting that page, handling even worse the situation. They are unreachable through phone and they have no customer service direct contact, other than some email addresses, from where I haven't gotten further replies.
