Do not trust this seller. I placed an order months ago and never received the item. After repeated follow-ups, I finally got a vague, poorly written response full of empty apologies and excuses. The email I received said, “Thank you for the reader,” which makes no sense, and shows the complete lack of professionalism and legitimacy.
They continue to delay and avoid any responsibility. This appears to be a scam – no product, no refund, and no real customer service.
Save yourself the hassle – stay away from this company.

I ordered in October 2024 in the sale where you only had to pay shipping. I was provided a fake tracking number and was continuously told “it will be there next week”. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MOSXDAILY!
I purchased a sea moss product from Mos x Daily on 30th October 2024, and as of today, I have still not received it (now in June 2025!). Despite multiple follow-ups with their customer service team, I was repeatedly told the product would be delivered within a week or by the next month — none of which materialised. I have also requested a refund several times, but each request has been ignored.
I have reported to ACCC and Shopify Report Issue form (as MosXDaily is with Shopify).
I highly recommend others in a similar position, do the same. As a higher number of complaints will likely get prioritised.

Absolute liars and scammers!!!!
I have reported them to ACCC and it has been 8 months of lies. Just going around in circles. Constantly responding with questions and calling them out on their illegal no refund policy. I even contacted their owner Brent Leon. Who also blatantly lied about my order. Why can’t the Australian consumer laws stop companies like this. I’m threatening legal action and to report their account to Instagram as they are a scam website. They claim there’s a delay due to the promotion they had but this is the second time this has happened to them. The first time they were all over the news and social media. How can companies like this scam money for goods never delivered???? It’s simple, you can’t deliver, monies are to be refunded. No excuses.

Ordered October 21, 2024 and just like everyone else have not received my order or a solid explanation with an updated ETA.
I have reached out to the company via emails and social media and have always been told "its coming next week" "its coming this week" etc but never once been provided with a tracking number and ofcourse it never came "next week" or "this week".
Absolutely disgusting that a business has been allowed to continue to operate.

Order Never Arrived – No Response, No Refund
I placed an order with MOS X DAILY on October 25, 2024 — it's now June 2025, and I have still not received my items.
I’ve tried contacting their customer support multiple times with no response. No updates, no shipment, no refund — just complete silence.
This level of service is unacceptable and feels like a scam. If you're considering buying from them, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
I will be pursuing a refund through my payment provider and reporting this to consumer protection agencies.

Company Is A Scam
I ordered several products to try as part of a promotion the company was offering last year. I should have known the promotion was too good to be true, but I stupidly thought this since the owner was an Australian with a high media profile that it was likely legitimate. I was charged $100 for delivery of products that have not arrived over 6 months later. I’m now learning that many other customers have been scammed in a similar way. It’s a shame business owners can get away with blatantly robbing customers in this way. The company still has an Instagram account and online shop despite thousands of complaints from people who have never received any products and very little communication from the business. Steer very clear is my advice.

I had high hopes for Mos x Daily given all the hype, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I placed an order almost 8 fkn ago and still haven’t received my product. Communication from the company has been almost non-existent — no updates, no tracking, and no response to my emails.
What’s worse is that I later found out NSW Fair Trading has received dozens of complaints about this company, and even issued a public warning. That says a lot. There are also serious questions about their so-called charity donations, which don’t appear to be verifiable.
The products may look appealing online, but the lack of reliability, transparency, and customer service is unacceptable. Until this company makes real changes, I strongly suggest others avoid wasting their time or money.
Do your research before buying. There are better, more trustworthy wellness brands out there, I highly recommend all aussies to purchase from Natures Farmer Seamoss

Sadly - shipping and QA are a letdown
Sadly, the first issue was the extended shipping delays. When the items arrived, the satches were all just loose in small box, some were ok others were heat affected and had 'blown', this was last September and I still have not received the replacement. The customer service is polite but it is the same story - Surely 8 months is ridiculous and it should just be a refund if you are having production issues.
