My granddaughter and I watch Moriah Elizabeth. I believe we were all caught up when I last saw her in June. We will watch what I've missed since. It is such a joy to have a program we both enjoy and love. I've purchased many of your items. I can't believe I missed out on the chess board. Any time we have had a problem with any items delivered they were very helpful and accommodating. We have purchased many times from Moriah Elizabeth! We had an issue with the last company she used and they never even replied to us after multiple attempts. Juniper Creates answers quickly and keeps you updated. Have never had any negative experiences with them!

I have bought a few things from Moriah Elizabeth’s shop and have loved the quality. While most of the items take a long time to arrive, mainly because they are PREODERS, they wait is definitely worth it. I have bought Pickle, the Celebration Pickle, Derp, Eustace, and Shelly plush along with her character year book and character guide book volume one. The quality of all her products I have bought are really good and things I will be able to keep for years and maybe be able to pass down to younger family members one day. The shipping does take a while, but all packages have arrived around the date it says it will.

Her merch has such detail and is made with high quality material. My daughter loves getting everything of Moriah's that she possibly can. I try to catch items during sales! I'm soo glad that she does run good sales on her products! My daughters and I absolutely love watching Moriah's videos!!!

Ordered the alien bean bodies for my daughter for Christmas on the day they were released. In the video she'd said that if ordered that day, they'd be delivered by Christmas. Lo and behold, a week before Christmas they still hadn't arrived so I went to check. Still showed as being processed. I emailed the company asking and they claimed I hadn't ordered it in time. When I pushed back, saying that I had ordered it that day, they said that apparently, it sold out within 9 minutes. Which, on one level I get it, but proper customer support would have been to communicate that to the customer *as soon as they know that happened* so that their 8-year-old child wouldn't be sobbing on Christmas morning because the stuffed animals she was expecting didn't show up.
