My only complaint would be that the fees are extremely high compared to other sites that I have used in the past

Great, quick service with room for improvement
I have been using moonpay for a year it has grown a lot. I see new features like scheduling now. Etc. What I do like is I can easily see my trade activity. I use this function a lot. I just think theres features implemented that seem almost hard to find/out of reach. Like for example the trade activity, sometimes on the website the "gear" icon doesn't show next to the transaction so I have to reload page or navigate back and forth, go through hoops and loops to find it. Theres no "Account/profile" menu where normally orders/transactions would be listed (like other websites). Its just that gear icon. If you miss it you won't find these critical functions, or for example the homepage is all about buying BTC, so you wouldn't know how to buy other currencies like tron, etc if you didnt specifically go to the link "moonpay[.com]/buy". Honestly that's a missed opportunity because people might think moonpay only supports BTC. I understand btc is tje most popular but people also want to send with other currencies. The frontebd should be catered to other popular currencies as well, like tron, bsc, usdt, etc. It should be just as obvious how to buy them like BTC is being shown on the website.
Also the wallets are saved, but when you habe sent through 4-5 wallets its almost hard to remember which wallet was what (e.g.whom, the currency compatible to it that was purchased last such as btc, bsc, etc), a tag or something would help avoid the hassle having to dig in my notes what wallet was what.
so I kinda question the design decisions there.
But overall I love the service! Hassle free, unlike other popular crypto services like coinbase/finance. I think moonpay is tje best service to send crypto, keep it up!
