All time excellence for their customer service💖

Their customer service is all time EXCELLENT!! I ordered several times and usually their correspondences are kind, decent and fast and especially this time because of the international law changes in EU, they were very empathetic to the extreme delivery delay (3months to arrive at our house) and even offered a refund even it's not their fault. Unfortunatelly I had to do extra custom document filing and PAYMENT just to receive parcel so I don't think I can order again sooner but really appreciate their manner toward customer✨

Great Quality and Great Customer Service

The contact lenses are super hydrating and really comfortable, even with my dry eyes. There was a delay due to third-party verification, but communication was great and reassuring throughout. The order still arrived on time, within the 9-16 day shipping window. I’m very happy with the customer service and lens quality!

My order experience was quick and efficient

My order experience was quick and efficient with about 10 day delivery to the US! I absolutely love my lenses. There was immediately a tracking link within a few days of purchase. I also had to reach out to customer service on what'sapp when I was having a bit of technical difficulties with the tracking link. I was responded to within hours by a very sweet customer service rep named Rei. I am very happy with my experience and will be adding moodylenses to my coloured lens collection.

I placed an order a month ago but I received no updates and it has not been shipped yet. I emailed customer support but they haven’t given me a response and straight up disappeared. Absolutely no updates, no response, no progress, just basically took my money and left. The same thing happened with my previous order with moody and I’m disappointed that it happened again because I like their contact lenses.

took a while but it did get here

EDIT: I placed my order on May 17th and received the package on June 26th. It took a while but I did receive my package after all & they had good customer service during the entire experience. We went back and forth with emails & they tried to solve the issue with tracking, etc. Very responsive & I’m happy with the lenses I got :)

Love love loveeee their contacts!!

Love love loveeee their contacts!!! I was so nervous on how their contacts would look on me but the amount of compliments I received was crazy!!! and it’s really comfortable too!!! Highly recommend them!!!

Communication hasn't been effective

Communication hasn't been effective. My order hasn't been shipped yet, and this time they told me they weren't shipping to Puerto Rico. If that were the case, why didn't I get a message saying they were no longer shipping to Puerto Rico? So, if that's the case, they haven't yet taken action to refund my money.

No Refund, No updates, No Response

I placed an order a month ago and have heard almost nothing since. I cancelled and tried to change the colour but they completely stopped replying to my messages. I was really looking forward to it because of the good reviews online, but I never got any updates. I wasnt refunded either they just took my money and disappeared. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend.

Poor delivery

I placed an order on May 11th and it’s still in transit after 3 weeks. Please do something about this. The 1st time I ordered here it went smoothly but now it’s a lot slower. It’s almost been a month and I need my package to arrive.
