I'm a long time contractor and am installing one of their luxury shower systems. Very well built and finished. Bought at Lowes and stored a couple of months. When I finally got to the installation I noticed it was a ceiling shower. I could have sworn I ordered the wall version. I thought after so much time I would have to purchase the part. I call customer service and much to my surprise and delight they are sending me a new wall arm. Great product, great service.

I needed a couple of replacement parts for my product and after sending them pictures of what was needed, they are sending me out new replacements. I’m very thankful that they are sending these parts out as I cannot find them anywhere.

Had a defective part that lost its paint after a few months in my shower system. While I was disappointed with the product, the customer service was excellent. They got me the replacement right away. It was smooth sailing.

received a 20x12 gazebo on the 19th of May and took an inventory of all items and it was discovered that a few parts had been damaged so i call the Mondawe Company as it said on the manual, and talked to a representative which explain they would get with the warehouse and get the two K7's parts that were broken and would ship them (call1) received a call back explaining that the warehouse did not have the part and they would have to get them from the country of orgin but had no idea when they could get them (call 2) called company back still no idea of when maybe 1 to 2 weeks (call 3), received call back saying i would have to pay customs and duty fees and then send the voucher to get reimbursed I explained that I was not going to pay anything and i just wanted the parts that were broken (call 4) received call back the next day with the representative saying the say thing i would have to pay and i again said nope not paying (call 5) next day call saying the same thing almost like it was a scripted response again about paying custom and duty fees (call 6) so as a customer who only wanted to replace a few broken pieces I am so disappointed with this Company, I really like the product but this make the whole experience not a very good one.

Just wanted to take a moment and share the excellent customer support provided by Mondawe and their team. I misplaced a few parts for a Mondawe rain and jet shower system that I purchased from Lowe’s. Lowe’s was unable to get the parts that I needed so I contacted Mondawe directly who were able to locate the exact parts that I needed. And if that wasn’t enough, they provided me with the parts completely free of charge! I would definitely purchase from Mondawe again and encourage others to do so as well. Thanks.

Great product/GREAT Price...

Price point made me do it on a recent bath remodel!
Customer service even stepped up after 2 years on minor issue.
Dont hesitate or spend double the price in a big box store!

I got fire pit table for my backyard, and the color and quality is outstanding. I am think about using fire pit table for my marshmallow in the fall. Very cozy in the cool weather.

The patio umbrella is sturdy and covers my patio table from the strong sun here. The light that came with umbrella provided a wonderful ambiance and I am able to relax comfortably outside. The color also was nice and price was just right.

I purchased patio umbrella with LED lights for my backyard, and the quality is great for the price. Because the umbrella come with led lights, and there is no need to install extra lighting in my back yard. I am happy with this purchase.
