I had the worst chatering experience with Oleg A. at Monarch Air Group. For a flight in Europe, he gave me a quote, which I accepted without haggling. He then proceeded to add a "scheduling fee" of 590 euros, plus 5% (!) of credit card processing fee, probably suspecting that I am an easy mark because I didn't haggle. I had to re-negotiated a new price with him, explicitly including credit card fees. Then it came the last straw: I just received my credit card bill, and it looks he added an extra 5% fee, contrary to our explicit emailed agreement and contract. I contacted him and did not receive any reply from him. This is a dishonest company. There are many charter broker companies. Stay away from this one. I saw quite a few positive reviews of this company. Now I suspect most of these reviews are fake.

Daria went above and beyond. This was our first experience in charter jet flying and her patience and thoroughness made the process much smoother. She even intuited our needs for a lovely catered lunch for the trip!

Overall, everything exceeded our expectations by miles!

The ground crews at both locations handled loading and unloading smoothly the heavy equipment without question. The plane was excellent, and the crew was fantastic in every way. The aircraft fit our equipment perfectly, and the accommodations made the flight time pass quickly and comfortably.

One small note: it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that all food and drinks on board were included. We only found out halfway through the flight when we checked to see what things would cost. Not a major issue, but something that would have been nice to know earlier. The whole crew was amazing and friendly and accommodating.

Aside from that minor detail, the entire experience was executed flawlessly. Thank you for everything you did to help make this trip a success. We completed our work without any equipment loss or damage.

Working with Matt was easy and convenient. The prices are competitive and we were quickly accommodated with our last minute changes on one of the flights.

Our charter from Lakeland Linder Airport was on time with very pleasant pilots. The aircraft was in excellent condition. The flight to Nassau and return was smooth and professional. Your pilots and plane had overflight status. We were able to clear customs in Lakeland, that was a significant plus.

Excellent service. I had to book a last minute trip complicated by delays and weather and evolving plans and I was assisted and supported all along the way from my initial inquiry all the way to when my passenger landed and got to the hotel. They took care of everything.

Great experience booking our round trip flight for a family vacation through Monarch. Daria was top notch, addressing any concerns we had and giving several options to choose from.
