Would rate a 5 for service as the owner did say that the price I wanted to pay (I love local and tried to haggle) would likely not be sufficient to get an unlock request accepted, but he still tried. Once it came back as a hard-rejected error he refunded right away (3 days total) and offered the premium database scan service which cost about $40 more, and that WAS the original asking price. I didn’t take the offer but I feel the guy handled everything quick and up front. So 4 stars because I couldn’t get unlocked but 5 in spirit for him trying and also being upfront and fast with me.
