Worst experience ever
This has to be the worst online buying experience ever.
On October 19th, 2024 my wife ordered a pair of socks and a dress from this shambles of a company. The socks were £5.82 and the dress was £48.75.
The dress was unsuitable so my wife decided to return both items and this is where it becomes farcical. An email was recieved confirming the safe delivery of the returned items and attached was a photograph of the package. We awaited the refund.
Amazingly, a refund was issued for the socks, but not the dress. How could this happen? Well, a number of emails were sent to ascertain why.
We were promised the matter would be investigated. If it was, no outcome has been notified to us and still, after a number of email requests a refund for £48.75 not been made.
The irony of the matter is this. It wasn't until after my wife returned the items, and a refund issued for the socks, did we discover on their website they had a policy of socks being a non refundable item due to possible hygiene issues.
The owners of this company must be getting extremely wealthy. Are they sending out the same items numerous times only for them to be returned and not refunded?
Mistral.com you are robbers.

Returned 2 items on 23rd September…
Returned 2 items on 23rd September 2024, have sent 4 emails and all Im getting is an automated reply to say that returns are dealt with in 10 days. It is now 1st November and have not received my refund. Beginning to think I wont get anything. Cant find a telephone number to ring them.

Order never arrived, they won't refund it, and now are ignoring my emails
Ordered clothing items. Paid for delivery to Italy. Items never arrived. I checked the delivery tracking and it said they had been returned, although I had never seen the parcel and had no communication from the courier. I have now written 9 emails to their customer service. Originallly told I would have to wait for the parcel to arrive back at their warehouse to recieve a refund. After not hearing from them I continued to write, and they are now simply not replying. Terrible, disrespectful service and I am out of pocket 100 euros. Will never order from them again

Just love your clothes knew you had to pay for return unfortunately clothes didn’t suit so returned with Evri 9 days ago. When I requested return on Evri website it offered free return it was automatic so thought ok maybe mistral will take if return charge when my money owed us credited back to my card.
Evri is saying on tracking to get in touch with company which I have done took a day to reply just saying that returns are checked every day. Yesterday I sent another email no reply yet.
Disappointed as put me off further orders. I want to be fair & this could be the fault at Evris end ! But not happy as I returned through recommended courier service
Really worrying as checking phone regularly just want this resolved.

Just adding this just received email from Mistral being totally unhelpful & challenging me on where on their website is Evri recommended. However if you go to Evri it goes through as a free return also their logo is on the Evri website so hence why I thought it was ok. First order with this company won’t order again also you cannot ring them directly!! Also they said I would hear from them by evening still waiting for a reply!

Would not buy from again
Returned an item weeks ago that was not any where near the size stated on the label. No reply from Mistral, no refund. Sent 3 emails so far with just an automated response saying 'returns are dealt with within 10 working days' - no, they clearly aren't! Not cheap clothing either. Frustrated that I will have to put time, and possibly more money, in to recovering what I am owed. Also interesting to note that the director, Tracey Garreffa, previously held d'ship in another limited company under the Mistral name that went bust Dec 2021.

I purchased a top but there was a material flaw on the front - I took a photo of the garment , which I sent by email with comments - I had a message saying the email was received I would be contacted within 24hours - I waited 5days before I contacted them again - that was 3 weeks ago- Not one telephone number can be found either, to speak to someone . I am absolutely disgusted at their lack of customer care and total disregard in this matter - will not be purchasing from them again !

I bought a bag
I bought a bag, they have sent a different one. Ok, it might happen. BUT now, I am trying to contact them for returning it and they don't exist. The phone number is probably not even functional, twitter messages are blocked, emails are not answered and online form is dead too.
UPDATE: They answered after around 10 days somehow and they are now acting on the problem.

Disrageceful customer service
terrible, terrible company to deal with. I let them know that the courier has not collected the parcel so it would be a bit late. They then refused to refund my order and kept my money on a gift card. DON"T buy from these people!

Mistral skirt
I ordered and purchased a skirt, wore it twice then noticed a flaw in the material from the zip down to the hem. I looked on the website and it indicated to email them which l did on 17/08/21, l gave it less than a week and returned the skirt signed for. I followed that up with another email but still no reply or refund. The Customer Service department must be non existent. I have had and kept many items in the past but will be unsubscribing from them after my experience. If l could have given nil stars l would have done. Such a shame as I like their clothing but having read the other reviews I can hardly be surprised now can l!

A total shambles
My experience is pretty much the same as all the other complaints. This company appears to be in total disarray. Having taken 3 attempts to get a skirt which fitted, we returned the second one for a refund. 3weeks later finally received email notification of the refund but guess what, no money has appeared. Numerous emails have been ignored. Finally told refund was done on 26 March but still no money!
