Online order is tricky

Online order is ok but collecting in store is always a problem. Some items will certainly be missing from the order and then you’ve to match it and follow up. In the end it gets resolved but it’s hassle and twice driving to the store.

Poor Quality Bed

Staff has wrong information, I bought a bed which is very soft whereas I ordered a hard one. Mio didn’t want to take responsibility of this mistake which they should. I am extremely dissatisfied as its a total loss of my money.

low quality …

We moved to a new house few month ago and bought Sofa,bed and few more items.
Sofas are squeaking , its pillow is sleeping when you sit on it for few minutes. We called for help, Mio borås replied that you can buy a brake to avoid sleeping!!!
Generally speaking, low quality. we never buy again from mio despite of they offer Discounts.

Our order was delayed for over ten weeks, and when confronted, they lied about the status with no apology or effort to make things right. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of honesty and professionalism is unacceptable.

Disappointing Experience with Mio Furniture

I have purchased a Continental bed from Mio, specifically a double bed with a Särö mattress in medium/medium firmness. Unfortunately, the bed has not been comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. And I feel tired when I wake up, The real issue, however, came when I tried to resolve the problem.

When I reached out to Mio’s customer service to inquire about changing the mattress to a firmer option, I was informed that I could only do so within 60 days of purchase. This was a shock, as the salesman who assisted me during the purchase clearly stated that I had up to a year to change the mattress if needed. This inconsistency in information is frustrating and has left me feeling misled.

I expected better from a company like Mio, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to double-check the details before committing, as the promises made in the store may not be honored later

Very bad experience at MIO Båberg!!

We bought two chairs for outside at Mio. When unpackning the chairs they were both not in a good shape screw missing, wood cracked. We tried to return the chairs a day later in Båberg. What an unpleasant experience. They took the chairs not back with unbelievable reasons. We strongly recommend never to buy anything at MIO and drive as fast as you can to another furniture shop which sells quality and deliver service!

good quality/price index, despite unreliable marketing material

We have always noticed high quality/price standard on the products Mio sells. However, our last experience was not nice. We received a promotional flier with some discounts and for this reason we visited the butique. We were surprised when we ended up paying more. The information provided in the promotional flier delivered at home might not include some purchase conditions that are insted on the web page. According to customer service, the flier is just for inspiration (one could wonder why they put prices in it!), which in our opinion is not an index of integrity.

Summarizing: check always prices and conditions online before planning a visit.

Huge delays

Huge delays, we ordered a couch in August, got delayed and delayed , receiver it after 13 weeks!!! It was all snowy and they offered free delivery but told it will take 2 more weeks due to weather, so we picked it up ourselves!! Very disappointed waiting so long !!

Not happy with their service at all

Not happy with their service at all. Bought a table set around 15k, it came with flaws. Bought a sofa which costs over 20k arrived THREE MONTHS later than the delivery date we agreed on when I purchased. Both time, I got no explanations neither compensations, only cold and robotistic notices.
I was planning to purchase some new carpets and sofa tables from them, but now, HELL NO.

Had a bad experience in Mio Kristianstad today. Discount only applies to people with Swedish citizenship and ID. I am unfortunately danish but maybe they should open up the discount for other nationalities👌😀

Extremely bad quality on soffa…

Extremely bad quality on soffa cushions. Bought a new soffa for around 20k. In less than two months, the cushions had shrunk. There is a gap of 9cm between the cushions. I sent in a complaint and got new cushions. Guess what? Same thing!
Complete waste of money!
