So far, a brilliant extra to my Mac Mini M4!
With Apple charging so much for extra storage and including hardly any usable ports, they have opened the door to brilliant docks such as Minisopuru's. So far I have loved having the extra space and it has been super smooth to use!

I really appreciated the progress tracking emails for my order.
We live in New Zealand and that's a long journey from the warehouse in China.

To tell the truth I wasn't really sure if I would finally receive my order however, only 6 days for my order to reach the shores of New Zealand, amazing delivery system.

Yes, very pleased overall with the Minisopuru iExpandMate™ Mac Mini Hub & Stand with SSD Enclosure for my Mini Mac M4.
Great design and the manufacture is of a high standard.

And I now I don't have the hassle of feeling around the back of the Mac mini for the On switch.

I am a big fan of Apple products, but with the Mac mini M4, what were you thinking Apple designers?

Anyway a really positive trade and recommend Minisopuru to all.

Good communication, quick response time. Shipping and delivery are relatively fast compared to other international orders. Customs was already cleared, so no customs fee. The product is working as expected.

I ordered the hub on April 9th and here I am on April 20th still waiting for it to arrive.

Shortly after placing this order, my credit card was hacked with multiple unauthorized purchases.

I cannot prove this company or their web site was the source of the card compromise but it was the only purchase made with the card at the time of that breach.

Update: I did finally recieve the hub on 4/24. I am very happy with the hub, but also very unhappy with the slow delivery and the compromise of my credit card number.

I frequently do business on-line with many different companies, but have had no problem using my credit card with any of those companies prior to and since my hub order.

If the company had let me know up front that delivery would take over two weeks I likely would have been patient with that.

USPS, UPS and FedEx all provide estimated delivery dates, but the Royal Mail tracking used by the company provided no such information.

It was especially annoying for Minisopuru to contact me for a product review 4 days before the product arrived. At that point I had no idea if and when I would receive my order.

So, in conclusion they make a great product, but provided a poor purchasing experience. The review asks about my experience and the one star accurately reflects what I experienced.

Ordered the docking station for our imac last Wednesday, it arrived today the 25th March by royal mail. This is a fantastic add on to the imac all the connections are at the side, so you don't need to reach around the back of the imac. It looks like part of the computer, we are very happy and would highly recommend this product and this company. I would also like to thank minisopuru customer services they are second to none, and very helpful 😀
