Appalling Company Avoid
Avoid this company at all costs. They are very unhelpful and their customer service is appalling. They have my money and I have no product. Their delivery company delivered to the wrong address and this company doesn't want to know. Plus they asked for even more money when I told them about the issue. Possibly a scam company.

Avoid - possible scam company
Awful experience - avoid this company. The parcel never arrived (logistics tracking update said home delivery to an entirely different town that had nothing to do the order). I queried this with their customer service team but they kept fobbing me off, they couldn't give me confirmation/proof of the delivery (photo, gps, courier details) and they refused to do anything to help whilst insisting there were 'deeply sorry' and how 'deeply' they understood my grievance. I had to get my bank involved in the end. And then I find out that they have been subjecting other customers to this kind of bs.

Why do people have to false advertise? I received a message saying my address was wrong so my item would be shipped back which was not the case, you try to call customer service and get nobody, then it finally comes, miraculously my address was correct and the size is way off!!, same with the two other items, sizes were not the size I ordered. Sooo dissappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess it’s my fault for not reading carefully, but item received was definitely overpriced for what it is. With shipping I paid over $40 for a $10 sweatsuit with a cute saying. I never leave reviews but I feel I should in this instance. This company positions itself as a high end children's clothing brand, they take amazing photos but then the clothes turn up looking like they're from Shein. It costs a fortune to ship and then once the shipping cost is deducted from your refund there is no point in sending back sadly. A sure way of ensuring items aren't returned for refund. Such a shame as the brand looks great, but what a disappointment, as I'm left feeling like I've been conned.

Should have read reviews. These clothes come from China and take a long time to come. My tags, unlike some other reviewers were in English and not Chinese. Sizes are wildly inconsistent. Romper that was 6-12 months was at least twice as big as outfit that was 12-18 months. The 12-18 months outfit would just fit my 5 month old granddaughter
