Please don't waste your money on this…

Please don't waste your money on this program. Go through an online physician to prescribe your meds. I personally went through them and had horrible experiences. Took them over a week to get medication. Then they offered me 30 dollar credit for my troubles. Laughable. Ketamine is very inexpensive. Decline bloom box. Buy a bp cuff online.

Terrible clinical and integration support. You're on your own.

The 'integration' guide didn't do anything and wanted to get off the call as soon as possible so she could check the box. I reached out to the clinical team with side effects and they couldn't answer many of my questions and treated it as if it wasn't a big deal. I had wildly different experiences at the same dose of injectibles, and when I expressed concern about this I was blown off.

I loved the experience but disappointed with being let go and having to wait 6 months to cope with my mental health

I loved the experience. Some things were not clear and it may have been on my end. I misunderstood the times I was supposed to have the sessions and when to check-in with the guide versus the doctor. Unfortunately due to the miscommunication (some of which is completely my fault because of my hectic lifestyle, moving recently and the death of my mother) I now have been discontinued and have to wait 6 months.

Hi Adam,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Privacy rules generally prevent us from publicly discussing individual client experiences, so we encourage anyone with questions or concerns to contact us directly through our Help Center (help-center.mindbloom.com/en/).

We’re grateful to hear that you enjoyed the experience and found it beneficial. At the same time, we understand how disappointing it can be to have care paused—especially while you’re juggling a recent move and the loss of your mother. We’re truly sorry you’re facing so much at once.

As medical providers, our foremost responsibility is to ensure every treatment remains both safe and appropriate within our structured protocol. At times, that means pausing care until it’s clinically advisable to resume—a safeguard that protects your well-being and ensures you receive the full benefit of the program when you return.

We sincerely hope to be able to support you again when the time is right. In the meantime, if you have any additional questions, need resources, or simply want guidance on next steps please don’t hesitate to reach out at support@mindbloom.com.

Great deal of help

Great deal of help, way better if you can get your regular therapist to agree to let you dose while in their office/practice. Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy is only meant to be a tool to be combined with therapy, or is most effective when used with such. It's good for you either way about it, if you're a fit candidate. Maybe melt into yourself. Peace and love, please do well and treat yourself with love.

Mindbloom is fantastic but the shipping process is a complete nightmare

Mindbloom and their staff have been nothing but fantastic, the only issues have been with the shipping process, which have been plentiful and extremely frustrating. If they could coordinate the delivery of medications better, it would change the outcomes in my opinion, as the amount of frustration, effort and time spent simply to receive the medication has caused significant stress that was meant to be dealt with through this program. Just being completely honest in this review as it genuinely has made me second guess my choice.

Train and use licensed professionals

Branding, marketing, materials, and medicine are high quality. The guides were a massive disconnect. The only human interaction with the company and they seem undertrained and inexperienced. My guide left the company after my second session leaving me feeling stranded and on my own. The service would benefit greatly from licensed, trained and experienced therapists.

Hi Russell,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Privacy rules generally prevent us from publicly discussing individual client experiences, so we encourage anyone with questions or concerns to contact us directly through our Help Center (help-center.mindbloom.com/en/).

We’re truly sorry that your experience with your Guide left you feeling unsupported. That relationship is meant to be a steady and supportive part of the program, and we regret that your Guide’s departure left you feeling stranded.

Mindbloom Guides receive extensive training in ketamine therapy facilitation and integration, and many hold certifications in areas like trauma recovery, somatic techniques, and transformational coaching. They're selected not just for their expertise, but for their ability to provide compassionate, meaningful support throughout each step of the process.

Your feedback reinforces how essential consistency and connection are to healing—and we’re actively working to strengthen both across our care model.

If there's anything we can do to support you now, please don’t hesitate to reach out at support@mindbloom.com.

Warmly,
Anna G.

Need app improvements

My provider did a good job, helpful, knowledgeable.

The app really needs help. It is the only way to access Mindbloom now, so this is important. When I use the app, it is not clear what order to do things in, what can be skipped, how to make up missed recording of actions. What do you do if you complete a session without remembering to record it and have to make up the recording later? I wasn’t sure what “session” meant, thinking maybe it was with a mindfulness guide instead of the actual medicine dose. How is a “medical team checkin” different from a “video consult” An instruction sheet would be good, with definitions and a timeline. Right now my app shows “conclusion” after session 6, when I have paid for 18 sessions.

My clinician explained some of these things. Turns out that I didn’t need to talk to him before ordering the next vial of medication from the pharmacy, but that should be available in an instruction sheet or a transcript of the clinician visits, like almost all patient portals have now.

I like the program, but the interface needs help.

No phone number available

I tried to get in touch with mindbloom by phone , but there’s absolutely no phone number available. How can a mental health clinic operate without a basic means of direct contact? This is extremely concerning and highly unprofessional.

The medication did not arrive on time and was not resolved easily

The medication did not ship in a week. Attempted to reach out and get it resolved. Had to reach out twice and was told it was an error and they didn’t have any answers as to when they would resolve the issue. This impacted my treatment schedule and the issue is still not resolved as I write this review. Feel frustrated and like it isn’t worth the aggravation, wish I hadn’t even bothered with a mail in service.

Mindbloom support

I have a wonderful guide Chelsie who went through the treatment as well, that was a big deal for me. My clinician Russell is great, I feel very supported on my journey to have some control over my depression and PTSD. The app is a wonderful tool that makes everything vibe together nicely. It's organized and easy to follow the program. When my guide was unavailable, I had immediate support from Leo(mindbloom guide), that was helpful. There are benefits of ketamine therapy for someone like me who doesn't want anything more to do with traditional treatment for depression, which hasn't worked in the past, I don't want to mess with endless pills with side effects and be a guinea pig. I did that for years. Mindbloom is slowly but surely moving my journey to treat depression and PTSD in the right direction, with awesome support and guidance.
