I've ordered from this company numerous times and every single time I received my order in a timely manner and the quality was excellent! Some reviews mention that the packaging is not the best and it could be improved but it works. One time the very thin plastic bag had a small hole in it from a stem or something but I didn't lose any so the packaging doesn't really concern me enough to take a star away. I do appreciate the obscured packaging/shipping label. They do accept card payments their card system was temporarily down and Bitcoin was the only payment method but that issue has been solved. Their sales team are awesome and any questions I've had have been answered quickly and politely. They honestly seem like good people.

Wow. I mean wow. Ok so I emailed them and messaged them via their site. They responded very quick. Then their debit card thing went down and were only accepting Bitcoin. Of course I tripped and told them. They were awesome. Messaged me quickly. Sent the product verification that I asked for....a pic of the bark with them holding a peace sign in front of it.
Then when I ordered because the debit card system wasn't working I paid $30 less than retail...and I got powdered instead of chipped. Not listed on their site but they have it.
Guys, this company is absolutely incredible. Shipping was a couple days. The owner is still communicating with me just making sure everything worked out too my liking. If I could get a woman half this attentive id marry again. Lol.

Like I said wow wow wow. Stuff is high end and fresh. Word. Every bit of what I wanted.

A+ 5 stars absolutely fantastic shop! Totally legit! Great prices and shipping options. I personally like to get my order right away so I'm more than happy to pay for 1 day shipping. I've ordered from them 4 times and every time my order showed up literally the next day early. I don't know how they were able to get it to me so fast but i love it! The quality is quite literally the best I've ever seen. IV been working with bark for 8 years and this bark is the best I've ever encountered. It comes shredded perfectly. It's super clean. It's like the gift that just keeps on giving and giving. I don't have the words to express how grateful i am to be able to order from this shop. Impeccable communication from customer support. Mimosa Hostilis Shop delivers exactly what they promise: high-quality root bark at great prices. I went with the powdered option this time, and it was very finely ground, making it super easy to work with. I love that they offer bulk sizes, and the 500g pack I ordered arrived promptly. Customer service was quick to answer my questions before ordering, which was reassuring. If they improve their packaging, this would be a perfect experience. Otherwise, fantastic shop with reliable service.

I've ordered from Mimosa Hostilis Shop twice now, and the quality has been consistently impressive. The shredded root bark is fresh, well-packaged, and smells amazing. I appreciate that their products are ethically sourced and reasonably priced, especially considering the fast and free shipping within the US. My only small complaint is that the packaging could be a bit sturdier, but overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and will be ordering again soon!

First let me say not only do I read reviews but I think it’s important to leave honest reviews to help consumers know what they’re getting from a company. So here’s my review & experience with the Mimosa Hostilis Shop. I ordered root bark for a t-shirt tie dye job that was time sensitive. There was a misunderstanding with the shipping which would have resulted in my order being later than what I needed. I contacted Customer Service who were amazing and immediately rectified the problem. So HUGE shout out to them- thanks again!
This company is great, their service is amazing, the quality of their products are excellent and their prices are beyond fair. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend shopping with the Mimosa Hostilis Shop. Thanks again guys for the superb service!
