The sharing feature in the app has caused frustration among several of my friends. However, the support from Mimeo has been somewhat helpful, but their response has always been prompt and professional. Love the product!

So it may have been the paper or ink on the day of printing. But besides that, I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have used Mimeo for several years and they have excellent support by a live chat and the products are very good. My only complaint is that they charge a lot for shipping. They are the best site I have found for putting books together and have done many for my grand nephews
