Budget Adjustment
I had to cancel my reservation due to a budget adjustment before my trip, but the customer service was excellent.
Lorena assisted me with kindness and clarity throughout the whole process. She explained the cancellation terms, processed my refund quickly, and followed up by email.
Even though I didn’t go through with the rental, I felt supported and respected as a customer.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience when I asked a question about insurance I learned that my contract was invalid. I booked a car from out of the country, and Miles assigned that country as my issuing my drivers license. My US license would be double the cost for the contract so I'm forced to cancel. I then have to furnish copies of my license or I wont get my money refunded. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT WEBSITE AND SERVICE.

Pure Incompetence
I rented a car online, and for some reason Miles assumed that the country I made the reservation from was the country I had a drivers license in. WTF? I called to confirm insurance, and was told of the mistake and that the rate for a US residence was double the rate. Then I had to furnish sensitive information just to receive a refund, and start the process over with another company. PURE INCOMPETENCE

I had problems making my reservation online, Mr Calderon was very patient and helpful, talking me through the steps via WhatsApp. He also verified another reservation I made with Miles. Awful experience
Hired a mustang and it was falling apart tried to exchange and no one would help me only contacted me back after 12 days completely useless contact miles and they said there is nothing they could do to help I must contact thrifty when we ended the hire staff told me these are being removed due to the condition and age and he wouldn’t have hired it to me in the first place also put holds over 1000bucks onto my bank card when they said 250 over a week later holds still not clear then charged me double the amount stated left to pay at destination crooks
