Can't Demo rackets that have bad strings!

After sending specific instructions to make sure all rackets were strung with good strings, the Head Gravity MP strings were shot, yes I was given a credit after I brought it up, but also recvd a lame excuse that strings are supposed to move. Well, duh.. however, strings are supposed to "snap back"; these did not. I feel that your customer service is slipping over the years, focus on the customer and have better listening skills.
