Spoke with Mario regarding an A-List artist corporate event. He rushed me to sign the contract stating that he will modify it with the Artist's specific needs. He spoke with the Artist and can't provide those specs and wanted to substitute some sub-par sound. I then called back and gave him two options. #1, no substitutes and he could fill the original order as needed/modified. #2. Just do the stage and stage lighting. He quickly then tried to use the terms and conditions and contract signed as recourse. Keep in mind this has all happened within hours, NOT Days. We didn't hold his inventory or prevent other sales. The CEO Pedro called me. He's Mario's twin. He isn't solution based whatsoever. Gave him two options and he kept stuttering. I would not use this company. I just referred them to counsel. Stay away!
