I lost funds during a transfer due, they reviwed the transaction and and identified the issue was I did not include a destination memo. They explained the situation and open a recovery ticket for me. They set a realistic expectation, then over delivered. They were able to recover those funds in less than 12hrs. And kept me informed along the way.
