Tried the $79 Jags Mystery Box and got a signed Tony Boselli jersey. While they did say it was a "custom jersey", they weren't exactly clear that it wasn't an official NFL jersey.

Still, it's very well done - stitched numbers and XL size. The colour is a bit more like the Dolphins, but I can't really complain. I've seen the exact same jerseys from other memorabilia merch stores.

There is a Becketts Authentication holographic sticker next to the autograph, with a number/QR code that goes to the Becketts website and verifies the signature was witnessed.

While I did pay a lot for international shipping to the UK, I was amazed when it took two days to arrive!

Bought a handful of jerseys and didn’t…

Bought a handful of jerseys and didn’t receive all of the ones that i won and paid for. Also it states that all merchandise comes with either a card of authentication, or a hologram witness sticker. I paid 130 for a Derrick brooks jersey and it has no authentication proof with it. Scanned their qr code and typed the code it said no authentication found.

Sent email with detailed photos regarding it to their support and no reply. They have no customer service hotline number so i have no way to dispute this or return it.

This link is from the Bucs official app, so it’s very disheartening that they are advertising for a company like this.

UPDATE - Buyer Beware - Risk of fraudulent merchandise

EDIT: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the Metabilia Bengals team. They were quick and urgent to fixing the issue they caused and they ended up sending me a replacement jersey and a free gift.

We ordered a signed Bengals jersey about 2 or so weeks ago. The metabilia website AND the email confirmations you get state that there will be a Certificate of Authentication included with the item. Upon receiving my jersey on 12/28/24 I noticed that the plastic bag the jersey was in had a QR code to scan to take you to the metabilia website with different links to verify product authenticity. The email and website state either a sticker on the item itself or paper will be included with your merchandise and there was no sticker with a code to find a CoA or paper included with the order. I tried contacting metabilia and received no response. I tried following up on multiple different days and still have yet to receive a response. I would expect a company that NFL teams are sponsoring in stadium and on their screens would have at least a decent support team or at least someone available to respond. But looking at other reviews online of this same company everyone else has this same problem. If I could get my money back I would. Beware of purchasing from this platform and the true authenticity of what you are buying.

Ordered a Mystery Jersey box (week 1…

Ordered a Mystery Jersey box (week 1 Jersey) for my 13yo son who paid for it with his money from doing chores and extra work. It was a Ravens mystery Jersey supposed to be autographed by a mystery player. The Jersey never showed up and we never heard back from the Company. They stole $60 from a 13yo old child. They are scam artists.

Update: Metabilia has since contacted me and apologized. As well as promised to ship my son's jersey today. Apparently, the issue arose from them not having our full address in which to ship the items. I was told they tried to contact us by email but the email is under my son's name and he rarely accesses it, so he missed their contact attempts. I will add more detail once the jersey is received. But we are headed in a positive direction as of now.

Updated update: Metabilia came through for my son in aces. They went above and beyond what they had to do to make this right. He received his box today and it contained a Signed Derrick Henry authentic game jersey as well as a signed Kyle Hamilton poster, and a Zay Flowers signed divisional round ticket/ plastic pass from last year's game vs the Texans. I am truly appreciative of the effort and solution they put forth in resolving the issue. I would without question recommend them for your NFL memorabilia needs. Again, Metabilia came through and my son is very happy that he received signed memorabilia from 3 of his 5 favorite Ravens players. Thank you Metabilia in all Sincerity.

I bid for a white unique mini helmet…

I bid for a white unique mini helmet that was autographed by a NFL player. I’m not going to mention the team and player due to this issue not being their fault. This company sent me a different helmet and gave me a portion of my money back. That’s fraud, plain and simple. This not the 1st time I’ve had issues with this company but it will be the last.

I won a bid for an autographed…

I won a bid for an autographed Buccaneers helmet. I also won a bid for a jersey. I received an email that the helmet was shipped - but when I received it - it was the jersey. They used the same tracking # for both items. I reached out and they said they were researching and would ship the item out asap. Last I heard from them. I am disputing with the bank now. Sad thing is that I do non-profit work with the player who signed the items - I told them about my experience and they were upset I didn't ask for an autograph directly from him.

First mad, then sad, now pure anger

I ordered 3 items (signed trading cards) from Chiefs Bids.
They were shipped, but the forwarding carrier lost the package.
To start a refunding it’s necessary that the sender gets in touch with the forwarding carrier.
I wrote nearly 20 emails to Metabilia.io and Chiefs Bids.
Received a message my topic is transmitted and I will receive an answer.
But never received an answer, not even a reply to my reminders.
500 Dollars gone with the wind.
I can only advise everyone against shopping.
And that’s an official partner of my Chiefs.
