The challenge is the delay from when it is withdrawn from my Live Oak account to Mercury takes 3-5 days to clear. Seems like we have the technology to transfer money in less than a day. I will be interested to know how long it takes to transfer to my Wells Fargo account when it needs to be used for expenses. My Weathfront personal account does it real time or in less than 10 minutes when I need to transfer funds.

I had a Mercury account for 3 years without issue until they abruptly decided to shut it down with 14 days’ notice. I received a vague email stating, "After a review of your account, due to the nature of your activity, we will be closing your account." No specifics, no warnings, no opportunity to ask questions or resolve anything.
We run a legitimate design and marketing agency, and there was absolutely nothing suspicious or out of the ordinary about our activity.
This sudden decision, with such a short window to move all funds and notify clients, is incredibly disruptive and unprofessional. As a business, I rely on stability and transparency from my financial partners, Mercury has proven they offer neither.
If you're considering Mercury for your business banking, be aware: your account can be shut down without detailed explanation, even after years of compliant use. I can’t recommend a platform that operates with such little regard for its customers' livelihoods.

Edit: I’m extremely disappointed with their use of vague, generic responses to serious feedback. Your message stating that “an action taken on your account violated our Terms of Use and/or your Deposit Account Agreement” and that “private communications have been sent regarding this.”
This is demonstrably false. You have not requested any of my account information on Trustpilot to investigate the issue, nor have I received any of the private communications you claim to have sent, and I have full email records to prove this.
I urge your team to consider how new or potential customers would feel when they see how generic your customer support interactions can be.

Opened account 4 days ago. Provided all proper information to ensure legal and compliance details match. All real information from a newly formed LLC. I get a email they are closing my account because "Periodically, we conduct additional reviews on accounts. After review due to the nature of your activity (THERE ISN'T ANY) we will be closing your account. No initial deposit was made nothing. There is no activity. Terrible business terrible support. Use someone else.
