Bad communication and wrong item
I ordered 2 things. One was a sweater. After ordering, they emailed saying it was out of stock and asking if I'd be okay with a different product. I asked why their site still showed it for sale and they did not reply and sent me the other product instead of answering me. I did not want the other thing they sent as a replacement for the sweater I ordered, so that was deeply frustrating. I won't order from here again.

Nice Idea, but Disappointed with Quality
The t-shirt didn’t quite meet my expectations. The print quality is unfortunately quite poor — the image looks very blurry and low-resolution in real life. Also, the type of print used (I believe it's the thick, rubbery kind, maybe plastisol?) feels heavy on top of the fabric and seems like it might crack over time. Not the most comfortable texture either.
The material of the shirt itself is also quite thick, and although I ordered the largest size, it fits more like a regular/slim fit than an oversized one. To be fair, the size details were in the description, so that part is on me.
Overall, I really wanted to like it, but sadly it didn’t work out for me.

My order was received with 1 item damaged. Meowgicians listened to my suggestion that they change the tail on the item to avoid shipping damage. They are sending me a replacement. Now that is what I call customer support. I am very impressed with the services and product received.

Ordered a clothing item as a gift, they didn't have the desired size, but a suitable replacement was recommended and delivered quickly. Item was of good quality and exactly as described. Unfortunately the size was smaller than anticipated, and yet again support generously provided a replacement in a new size. I was floored by the attentive and generous support.

Proportions are all off, Nothing like ANY of the photos shown.
Product sent was nothing like the product advertised in the photos. The cat plushie's proportions were all off. It looked deformed, and as if it was sewn together by a child. It looked more like a hotdog with stubs for legs. It lacked enough cotton stuffing and was lumpy due to this.
Never going to buy from here again. I honestly, regret taking a chance on this place, other than just sticking with Amazon. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my niece. After seeing how it looked, I was too ashamed to gift it to her, so I tossed it in the trash. I didn't request a refund because didn't want to deal with the hassle nor did I want to waste anymore of my time with this place.

I was waiting before doing this review to actually see if I would hear from the company after more emails. I received the wrong size for a seater I ordered and was emailed the correct size would be sent. weeks later I still have no tracking of this replacement and no response from the company. Poor customer service. All I wanted was the actual size I ordered which was a medium. You sent a xl and it falls off a cat. Jason said it was your suppliers change in size and the xl was a medium. Not happy at all with the poor customer service and still have no sweater
Update: they claimed they did a refund
But cancelled it after pending. Do not trust this company.

I'm incredibly pleased with my purchase. I received my sweater and purse quickly, everything was packaged well, and everything looked just like the pictures. The purse came with a bag to protect it, and the sweater was soft and fit wonderfully. I was worried when I couldn't find any laundering instructions for the sweater inside of it or on the website, so I emailed customer service to ask. They responded before the end of the day and gave me a full rundown on how to keep my sweater as fluffy and wonderful as the day I got it. A huge thank you to Jason for that!
