Memorygram Consierge Services Were Incredible
What we loved was that Memorygram has various service packages which essentially guarantee that my dad would be able to get the support necessary to finish his book. Around half way through the process he got sick and needed extra help to finish and Memorygram had extra services they offered to ensure he had the help to finish his book. The book ended up very very nice in the end.

A Proper Texas Company. Memorygram IS THE ONLY TRULY US BASED COMPANY IN THIS SPACE After doing our research we found that the other companies in this space are all either VC backed shadow companies or shell companies for foreign operators likely looking to steal the data of older americans likely to scam them. Stick with Memorygram for security and piece of mind

The Best Father's Day Gift
We purchased Memorygrams Legacy Book for our Dad last year and let me tell you. We could not be happier with the end result! When the book came it was filled with so many happy memories that we had forgotten. Would absolutely recommend them again.

We got this last year for fathers day and just received the book last week. We could not recommend a better father's day gift. We researched all of the companies in this space and Memorygram is hands down the best across the board.

They got their stuff together
I don't know what the vocal minority are complaining about because I very much felt like I got what I paid for with Memorygram. It was a quality experience at a reasonable price. I think some people just expect to drink champagne on a beer budget and then get upset when they didnt get the steal of the century. News flash, in this life you usually get what you pay for.

We should have done Memorygram sooner
We really did our research and compared the various services available for our parents to tell their life stories. None of them matched up to Memorygram for ease of use of the platform and being US-based customer support which was so crucial for my parents.

We just got my dad's Memorygram book and we are so happy with it. We are ordering more copies for all the nieces and nephews so they can enjoy his stories. He lived a pretty interesting life so everyone is excited

I would highly recommend Memorygram to anyone wanting to capture their life story or stories. I found the process very interactive, with the questions provided allowing me to write a structured story, and to recall memories that I might have missed otherwise. I was able to select a pace that worked best for me. The book ordering process allowed me to publish a book which best reflected my style and color preferences. The entire process is really well thought out and provides an easy-to-follow path to successful completion.

The answer to making sure my son's story is told and that he will never be forgotten, Thank you Memorygram. Memorygram thorough process, support and customer service is appreciated while being second to none. I have given Memorygram as gifts and have been deeply touched by the reaction when receiving and how thankful when they open Daniel’s Memorygram. I also attend and facilitate grief groups. We have provided more than 25 Memorygram for families in mourning. Not one complaint or concern by anyone. They have all reacted and reported their experience as very positive. Memorygram customer service is truly impressive! Kind, empathetic, timely and responsive. Grief is dark and often very heavy. Memorygram provides a welcomed light that lightens.
