Memberpress is an easy to use plugin to quickly set-up memberships, sell courses, online services and protect your content. I've been using it for years and so far so good.

We needed a solution to set up a new membership portal and payments integration into our website. MemberPress was really easy to implement, and it seems to have all the features for our developer team to work with to continue scaling the membership business over time.

I bought MemberPress, and although it's a very powerful plugin, it wasn't what I needed. Ten days later, I contacted them and received help from Jennifer. She gave me information about the plugins I really needed and refunded my money without further questions. Everything was extremely fast and with exquisite efficiency and kindness.

Your support staff is awesome. They've helped me through a bunch of issues. Every support person has been responsive and professional. Rarely do I see this quality of support.

It would be handy if I could have access to your ticketing system so that individual issues could be tracked more easily. When dealing with more than one issue at a time, it's more difficult to keep which issue is which when communicating only with email.

I have requested a reset-password MemberPress block which would complete the customization package of blocks that MemberPress provides. I hope to see that in the future.

Overall, the product is working very well. The documentation and the videos are extremely helpful, especially for a newbie to WordPress like myself. I'm very pleased with my MemberPress experiences.

I've used Memberpress since 2019 and with its new features has taken my online membership services to the next level. It has also refined my need for multiple programs and subscriptions to having just one.

I've been using Memberpress for a couple of years. It was relatively easy to set up and can be customized almost any way you require (though I have needed some tech support with more detailed customizations). Support is helpful and apart from some significant issues porting members from an old website to a new one, they have always been able to help me fix problems quickly.

I have been using MemberPress on multiple sites now for quite a few years and besides a few minor hiccups and limitations (due to very customized needs) I highly recommend them. Everything runs smoothly with no bugs or issues which is extremely important. Their support is also very friendly and efficient when needed.
