I didn’t like the verification process and it’s challenging to withdraw the money despite filling the correct details
I didn’t like the verification process. I uploaded various valid documents but some were rejected. However what I liked support team verified manually.
What I didn’t like next is that my preferred mode of payment is wallet and when I input my mobile money phone number the system says it’s in wrong names yet it reflects my name as per the uploaded documents. Upto now am unable to withdraw my money.
