Customer support tends to respond fast…

Customer support tends to respond fast when you need them. Visits are not cheap, but the doctor I have is very professional. Very light on prescriptions for panic attacks but I can at least get a small amount for the very bad times when I really need it. They have to be careful with any controlled substances based on laws and the remote setting. Lots of other tools are provided as well. My anxiety has gotten better ever since I started using this platform. It could still be better, but it seems to be improving slowly and surely so hopefully I will get back to the point where I won’t need medication for it. Overall I would not keep coming back for nearly a year if I was not satisfied with the service.

The team is always helpful can’t go wrong with Fiya, Scarlett, Sarah, Gary,Jay and Sadie

The team is always helpful. Fiya is always on top of it when I need help and is very kind and quick with her tasks. Scarlett has helped me in a time of need and got what I needed done fast, Sarah was on point to with helping me pull everything together. Then there is Gary and Jay. Gary saved me a while back and I will always remember him for that. Jay is just as good at helping me as well any of them he helped me many times as well. Sadie is awesome helper and cool person to talk to. She helped quick and efficient.

Terrible, Unprofessional, and the Worst Customer Service

This has been the WORST customer service I have ever recived from a medical company. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication has been terrible to say the least.

Last month, despite clearly updating my intake form to reflect my temporary residence in Georgia, I was scheduled with a provider licensed only in Florida, making it impossible for him to call in a refill for my medication. After multiple phone calls asking to be rescheduled with a doctor licensed in my state, requesting to speak with a manager, and then 4-5 days of delay, I was finally connected with a manager who acknowledged the error, allowed me to rebook without repaying the $150 appointment fee, and assured me that my next two visits would be complimentary due to the inconvenience and the 6-day delay in accessing my medication.

This month, I attempted to schedule my follow-up appointment, but was not given the option to book for free as promised. When I contacted customer service, I was told I’d need to wait another 3–5 days to escalate the issue to a manager. Rather than endure another delay in care, I paid out of pocket again, which is incredibly frustrating given the prior agreement.

To make matters worse, during my appointment this week, with Dr. Shannalee Griffith, I informed her that my car had been broken into and my prescription stolen. She instructed me to upload a police report through the portal so she could authorize a replacement prescription. I followed those instructions and submitted the report the same day — including the case number and officer contact info. It has now been three days, and I’ve received no response. I’ve been without medication for five days, and despite submitting two separate inquiries/complaints and twice yesterday and 3 times earlier today to request escalation, I have not received any contact from your team or a manager.

This ongoing lack of responsiveness is not only unprofessional — it has directly impacted my health and well-being. My mental health has been greatly affected by Medvidi's inability to properly provide medication management on a basis that is consistent to the treatment I require for my mental disability. I have not been able to perform well at work or in school due to these issues. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate medical boards, reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, and leaving public reviews detailing the repeated negligence and communication breakdowns I’ve experienced. A comoany that is this unprofessional should not be overseeing or managing anybody's mental health.

They made these first steps easier.

So Im just in the beginning of the process, but as a 40+ year old guy its not easy to admit im a bit broken, and to ask for help. The first steps are the hardest, and Jake has been an example of someone at Medvidi that helped me relax and like i was being heard. I will update this review, but as of now I feel hopeful for the first time in a decade.. and if you know you know, that is massive. I woukd at the very least reccomend them if you dont know where to begin, but you might find that they have what you need.
