I would rate my experience in peer reviewing at the medtigo Journal Network (MJN) as highly positive from both a methodological and scholarly perspective. The structured review checklist facilitates a focused evaluation of scientific rigor, study design integrity, data interpretation, and clinical relevance—core domains that are essential for maintaining publication quality and credibility.

The editorial policy of delegating tasks such as language editing, reference checks, and ethical compliance verification to internal staff is particularly effective. This delineation allows reviewers to concentrate on assessing the validity of the research question, appropriateness of the methodology (especially in systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and observational studies), statistical soundness, and the alignment between findings and conclusions.

Additionally, the scope and breadth of manuscripts I have reviewed—primarily in infectious diseases, epidemiology, and health systems research—have allowed me to apply and further refine my critical appraisal skills. I have published my first case report with Medtigo journal. The response rate was good. They had kept communicating with me back and forth through emails. The peer review was smooth. In case of editing, they had gotten back to me and mentioned the important points that were missing on my report. Infact my experience with them has been so good that I have submitted my next article for publishing with them. Currently its under peer review process. They are quite helpful in many aspects. In case any one has any concerns or requests , you can always put forward your concern through the editors email and they surely will respond with a solution.
