Visited the station at Halstead street…

Visited the station at Halstead street after the Chicago Marathon 2021. I was despearate for a PCR test to be done and obtain the report before 8pm that evening so that I could board my flight and fly home to Singapore. The nurse in attendance, Letitia was extremely helpful in connecting me to her duty manager, Brandon to help resolve my situation. What I really appreciate is the professionalism shown by Brandon in setting aside his Sunday off timing to make calls and coordinate my case so that I would have the relevant certificate to allow me to travel. Kudos to the team at Mednowlab.

Allows walk in tests, responsive over calls

Provided remediation when our rushed travel test result was delayed, got back to our calls, and as requested communicated with the partnering lab to help understand the cause of the delay and issued a refund.
