Questionable Customer Service
Our experience with this company was extremely frustrating. We ordered a part with 2-3 day shipping, but it took over five weeks to arrive. For the first two weeks, there was no communication or delivery. We reached out via email, phone, and webchat, but received no responses on any platform. After another two weeks of failed attempts to contact them, we filed a complaint with the FTC. Only then, three hours later, did we finally receive a response from the company. It took yet another week for the part to arrive.
For constructive feedback, I strongly recommend the company prioritize customer service. A timely response to inquiries—within 24 hours—is essential for a positive customer experience. Improved communication and adherence to promised shipping timelines would make a significant difference.
