Someone who is so close to my heart and on her yearly check up had a breast ultrasound where a small Evidence of irregular outline mass have been seen, the worry & sadness I felt was beyond description, I immediately contacted Medi Globus to consult them of what should we do and how can we know if it’s cancer , the way they direct me, the advises they gave , the questions they asked , the tests that we should do , the patience they deal with and the aftermath follow up and care and many other aspects made everything easy and in such a human warm way that made me strongly want to recommend highly to everyone to approach when ever you have a medical situation.. I had fantastic support from Dr. Dmytro Malovanyi - very attentive, professional approach. We had consultation over the phone and he supported me with alot of useful information about procedures and doctors that were available for my needs. We stayed in touch via whatsup where i received all details about scheduled visit in advance. Honestly, I was doubting everything in the beginning. But after a while, everything was perfect. My mom was diagnosed with a condition here at home but Dr Dovhan provided us with an opportunity to travel to South Korea. The hospital was great. My mom had a great experience with the doctors and everyone else who was involved. They even told her that the diagnosis she received was not correct.

Dr Dovhan, I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done. You accommodated us with everything we needed and I appreciate that.

If you or your loved one need further medical advice, I can’t recommend this enough.

I approached Mediglobus for my treatment on Testosterone Replacement due to deficiency in Testosterone discovered in UK blood test. The communication from Dr. Dovhan Nadejda was great until I landed in the Memorial Hospital Bachelievler. I was referred to Dr. Prof. Taner Damci. The doctor asked me what my problem is and then recommended blood tests and the cost for the blood test was about £1750.00 which came as a shock to me. However I was able to pay it so I paid it. Blood tests were done, on the follow up appointment with Dr, Damci, he gave me diabetes T2 medication and ED medication inspite of my blood tests clearly showing Testosterone deficiency. I was very clear I did not come for diabetes treatment and I was there for my treatment around Testosterone deficiency. Basically the questionnaire doctor Damci had for me was inadequate that almost felt like he made up his mind to prescribe me Diabetes and ED medication than Testosterone Replacement Treatment (TRT). It is not rocket science to know that Testosterone has connection to overall wellbeing for a man and it is never about just ED. I had iron deficiency from the blood report and the Dr. Damci did not ask me what my fatigue levels were and decided that it should be alright. I find that hard to digest because I started taking iron pills and it instantly improved my fatigue levels massively. My blood report shows that I am below normal level for Testosterone and when I asked about TRT he goes, oh no it affects Liver and he would not recommend it. So why is the medication out there if it affects Liver. During a consultation with doctor in UK recently, the UK doctor laughed about the comment Dr. Damci made about affecting Liver. It was total waste of time and money.

I don't believe Dr. Dovhan Nadeja made it clear enough to Dr. Damci about the objective of my visit nor she made the right recommendation for me. After I made my complaint to Nadeja after my visit and how disappointed I was with this Dr. Damci, she did not offer for me an opportunity to consult another Doctor and all she had to say was sorry. Turkey is destination for cosmetic treatments and if you want to extend that reputation to other aspects of treatments then experiences like this needs to be handled with more care and just a word sorry says a lot about your nature of business and relationship with Doctors and Hospitals. I don't deny Dr. Dovhan Nadeja was exceptional in her communication with me but I also believe there were some limitations in her communication and the relationship with Doctors and Hospitals. In the end my objective for travel to Turkey costed me £2500+ and was a total failure.

I subsequently went for treatment here in the UK, took me a month more but I am happy I have my TRT treatment for less than half the cost. I would kindly caution all the UK travellers to Turkey on Medical Tourism to exercise some caution unless it is for Cosmetic Treatments. Things are not the same as it used to be good 5 years back.

When the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK declined to perform surgery on my Achilles tendon and another hospital also refused due to the four-week delay since the rupture, I found myself in a state of distress. Seeking a solution, I completed an online form and was contacted by Dr. Dovhan Nadeja, who promptly alleviated my concerns. Dr. Nadeja outlined a potential resolution based on her expertise and indicated her intention to consult with the university clinic's professor for additional insights.

Moreover, Dr. Dovhan Nadeja convened a meeting with the council of orthopedic and traumatology specialists who specialize in treating international patients. Subsequently, a comprehensive treatment plan, including travel and accommodation arrangements, was meticulously devised and presented to me. While other medical professionals reached out to me during this period, I opted to continue under the care of Dr. Dovhan Nadeja due to her unwavering professionalism, empathy, and transparency throughout the entire process.
