Horrible waste of my time. I called the number for an urgent medical transport and the automatic voice gave me the round-around and then told me to go to their website and get more number - TOTAL WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They did everything perfect. Would use them again if needing medical transportation. ACCMedlink was great.

I would highly recommend ACC Medlink. They were very communicative about the whole plan from start to finish. They called to find out if we had any questions, were very responsive to e-mails, and were very easy to get a hold of. My mother traveled with them, and from what I heard the service was excellent. They were well-prepared and the ride was smooth.
