This is why most programs range between $2000 - $4000 – exponentially cheaper than traditional higher education options. Additionally, all MedCerts programs are eligible for financing and monthly payment plans to ensure everyone has the opportunity for a better career.
- MyCAA Military Spouses
- The My Career Advancement Account program (MyCAA) scholarship offers military spouses of certain active duty service member ranks up to $4000 for education training, licenses, certificates and degrees. This funding is provided through the Department of Defense and MedCerts is an approved provider of MyCAA programs.
- Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Grant
- MedCerts has partnered with over 500 American Job Centers as an approved training vendor for federal workforce funds. Use unemployment training funds or the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) grant to take our short-term training programs for national certifications and end the cycle of unemployment.
- Army Credentialing Assistance
- Army Credentialing Assistance, as part of the Army COOL program, is available to active-duty Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard. It provides $4000 of funding annually to soldiers to augment skills, prepare for advancements, as well as help transition into civilian careers. MedCerts is an approved vendor of this funding.

MedCerts Career Center- it works!!
I started my Medical Coding and Billing program at MedCerts at the end of March 2025. I still have a few weeks of coursework left to do before I can take my certification exams. A month ago I reached out to the Career Center at MedCerts for help with my resume and cover letter. Jennifer Michaels became my career coach and helped me revise my resume. I began applying for jobs 2 weeks ago, in hopes of finding an entry level position to get my foot in the door while I finish my training. That resume got me hired last week as a patient service specialist at a physical therapy clinic!! I will be able to use my billing and coding education there. Having the entry level front experience will open the door for me to move forward into a role even more focused on billing and coding. Jennifer Michaels has been super responsive throughout this process, and made great suggestions for revisions to my resume. I am very thankful for her help and I look forward to revising my resume with her again as soon as I take my certification tests and pass. I highly recommend everyone use the career center services that MedCerts offers- they put in work for you and it pays off and helps get your resume noticed!! Thank you again, Jennifer!!

She was veryy supportive when I was being extra nervous about becoming someone in the medical field. I had doubt on my ability to do anything for this type of job because I felt I was not sociable enough to help patients, but she helped me with deciding that Medical Billing would be a better program for me.

Flexible IT online training
I had an incredible experience with completing four IT certifications under my belt, which has truly accelerated my professional growth.
Nadia was always responsive, encouraging, and there when I needed guidance. The course pacing was perfect, letting me work at my own speed without feeling overwhelmed. The content was clear and easy to access, and the labs were especially valuable for getting hands-on experience.
If you're looking to break into or level up in the IT field, I can't recommend this program enough.

Review for Martina Herron
I have been through several student advisors! It got to the point it became stressful as I was only trying to complete my program. I would run into pathway blocks, and stress out. I would text, call and email and never got a response. Instead I was given another student advisor and had to explain everything once again. I got to the point where I was just struggling to advance in any of the requirements. At 95% finished I was yet again given another advisor. She seems great. Super responsive and the hops I would go through are eliminated. Martina Herron is great!! If you get her as your student advisor you are lucky. She will never fail to contact you and go through the hops for you. Super responsive, friendly and easy to talk to. She listens and does everything to make things better.
