Great Customer Service
In this age of automation, the Somerset branch of Mechanics Cooperative bank is a refreshing change. Their manager Cheryl Monteiro is knowledgeable, and friendly. You can see that she cares about her customers. She also projects that to her staff because they too have exceptional customer service skills. The local branches at mechanics bank (Somerset/Dighton) are by far the best.
In a world where we, the customer have become nothing more than a number, this Little local bank makes you feel completely opposite from that. They know you by name, and treat you as if you are part of your family.
We have been banking with mechanics for several years and have several accounts with them. Not only do we have our business account with them, but we several personal accounts here as well. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

5 star banking
This is the only bank I’ve ever been to where I walk in & im welcomed by my first name! They are more than just a bank, they are like family. Everytime I go in the branch on 1246 county st Somerset Ma, I receive some type of gift. Whether it’s a magnet, a calander, a pen, this time I got a plant lol! Such a great bank with great people.
