I’m very disappointed with MDHair

I’m very disappointed with MDHair. I accidentally placed an order and contacted customer service right away to cancel it. It took them a long time to respond, and when someone finally did, they were not helpful and made the whole process uncomfortable. They told me the package had already shipped, but never provided a tracking number. I clearly explained I didn’t want the products and was trying to cancel before anything was sent out. They refused to stop the shipment, and now I’m stuck with products I never wanted. To make matters worse, I have to pay out of my own pocket to return them. For a company to treat customers like this is unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone order from them.

Disgusting Customer service

Disgusting Customer service. After using this product for 6 months,i was about to get bald and lost more than 60% of my hair. None of my Scalp pictures were tested or examined throughout 5-6 months. It is their only way to make money from customers.I sent an email regarding my refunds and getting any help how my issue can be resolved. Useless and insensitive staff.
They said “you are unable to file your claim for refunds….because i have canceled my membership few weeks before 180 days. "When i subscribed, there were no these Terms and conditions existed, when i asked for refunds, suddenly 2-3 pages of conditions were sent to me LOL!! An absolute Scam! Scam! Scam! All of a sudden, They started deducting money from my bank account and,i have wasted hundreds of dollars on these products and staff has no sense or knowledge of customer service and understanding.
This is not called Customer Service.
Not recommended!!!!

Experience with Restore Serum

I’ve been using the Restore Serum along with Marine Collagen since October last year, applying the serum every evening. Over time, I’ve noticed my hair becoming thicker and fuller, and I’m even seeing some baby hairs growing in!

I use the full range of MD Hair products, including the regrowth shampoo, and I plan to keep going. I’ve tried so many hair loss products before, but this brand truly stands out.

No regrets at all! Definitely worth the investment. I’m so happy I chose these products!

Avoid this company like the plague, they are crooks.
You order a ‘trial’ and they then start taking large amounts of money out of your bank account without your consent. The claim that the 'subscription model' is explained upon first purchase - it is not. I have also come across many other negative reviews of the same issue with this company.
They then refuse to respond to emails or refund the money they took, part from one attempt at communication which was was nothing short of outright blackmail in order to refund my money. I will be taking this further.

Time to deliver order and direct debit concern

I live in Australia. I ordered the products on 15th June and still haven’t received them as yet, this is disappointing. 21 days and not received. Have not been able to start using them. Also when ordering the products it stated that I would be direct debited $88 a month for next order, this will not align with use and unlikelihood that there will be continuity of product use as there will be disruption with product availability.
I sent a reply to Dr Yoram via email and got an AI response. I understand the use of AI to assist but feel given my concern with not receiving my order a personal response more appropriate. I am keen to give the product a go given I researched it and it was given a great endorsement.
I would appreciate a human response and to address the ordering issue and time to deliver.

Shampoo is too small

The cost is good, delivery was fast. I haven’t been using it long enough to really notice a difference. One thing I will say is I don’t think the shampoo is enough for a month. I only wash my hair every other day and I still don’t think it will last that long.

Noticed results within 2 weeks!

I decided to try the trial option. I received the shampoo, supplements, marine collagen powder and serum. Within 2 weeks of using everything except the shampoo, I have noticed a considerable difference in my hair - the weight is much heavier and the scalp feels more full. I knew my hairloss was due to PCOS and DHT/testosterone issues which helped me when I took the quiz to get the right products.

I will start using the shampoo soon and update on my progress.

Doesn't work

Not only didn't it work but my hair was getting thinner and falling out a lot. I took for 3 months as directed capsules and hair drops shampoo and the only reason I tried it was because they offered a refund. Well they didn't so it's a scam and not worth the money

Thicker Hair?

I have been trying the capsules for one week....so no change. I will try these products for two months and will let you know if I see any change. If I see no change then I will ask for a refund.

From questionnaire to delivery time

I have not been using the product long enough to give feedback on the results. I can say however, from the time I filled out my questionnaire to the time I received my package in the mail was within 7 days. The process was easy and the expedited the order quite quickly.
