Not happy

The Hollywood laser hair removal is sloppy. You lie with your legs only a bit open and they wave the laser over you very minimally. By not moving your legs around it means there are chunks that never get targeted. My labia area was not treated at all. Leaves a poor result.

Severe and unpleasant upselling while you’re lying half naked for the treatment. Very tactless and uncomfortable. Very little you can say in this situation except wait for it to be over.

Was reprimanded 3 times during first session (including out in reception) for missing a bit of hair while shaving - very uncomfortable and almost rather violating to make sarcastic remarks like “it’s grown back this quickly?” when I have quite clearly just missed a bit. Again rather tactless.

I have had four treatments with…

I have had four treatments with Natasha, what a lovely lady friendly professional and helpful.
From my first treatment with Natasha I was so impressed that I recommended 3 other people for the 4 in 1 non surgical tummy tuck and I have also had 3 sessions on the Vacum 65 Body.

The facility was clean and in nice location

Well done Natasha and thank you Xx

Very disappointed with their service

Very disappointed with their service. Found them on groupon, read reviews, hoping as part of Mayfair clinic they are good so wouldn't have expected all this hassle & confusion on initial booking either.finally I got in but was such delay plus you could see the chaos, they were still not ready for me, was very patient I understand unforeseen circumstances but doubt this small clinic is ready to accommodate clients, let alone keep up standard hygiene (not impressive, ready to be put on tissue roll left on floor in corner or waiting area not cleaned properly, hair everywhere ). they were still looking for the toe separator when I was already in chair after 20min delay and this wasn't just on my 1st app., delays&chaos occurred so often... & Foam toe separator defeating purpose isn't it?how is it hygienic if u reuse them in a foot clinic... But then on 3rd time they used paper towel then cotton balls yaaay) Yet I was desperate re my toe nails and when they were pushing the promotion 4 treatment for £ 350, I signed up (never mind they didn't offer me the same price which is advertised on groupon, only found out later on of course & they never honoured a gratis facial treatment either due the delays a staff offered... ) but not having any experience with laser, was my last chance to give it a try which I regret now especially on my 1st day no clear professional explanation was given, no useful advice , they didn't really listen to my side nor history either, what I have already done to my toes, very sad. I had to watch a boring video during session which is fine but I think this clinic is just focusing on the fancy titles e. G clinic director but if they appointed one shouldn't she make sure she has a staff who knows what's happening (I. E checking equipments etc & synching their emails and not to contact me after my 3 voice mails again, trying to book me in again via phone then email as they didn't bother checking their calendar that I'm already sorted haha but that's not the main issue here).
So I carried on with them, my last resort was laser but still after initial app. Very frustrating no proper exams, no explanation happened plus my nails started getting worse I think so I didn't even know if my money was worth it. The staff improved on my 3rd time I think though Pashwa maybe (sorry dear I can't find the data how u spell it), she was extremely nice and informed, u could feel she cares abt the customer, she finally answered some of my questions but then again staff changed and after my on last session I still had no clue if treatment was working or what would be after treatment and i never was recommended any effective lacquer, just they said once this and that won't be useful but no other advice was given apart from returning in 6wks time and still no idea why Anna is spraying dachtarin in my sandals, I dont have athlete foot etc and clearlymy toes in that leather sandal are running free.. Weird. in meantime I was so eager to find out if this clinic just waste of time and my money so booked another laser session elsewhere to compare services. And I didnt regret. Other provider was very professional, very informative she did examine toes and listened to my medical history, didnt just generalise... BUT the most shocking thing is when I mentioned why I turned to her despite having already 5 sessions elsewhere AND without me mentioning any further location or information to her, this new foot professional guessed that I was in Mayfair branch as her many other costumers flocking through her door expressing their disappointment in Mayfair,so now I just feel ripped off and frustrated so I wouldn't recommend at all their Wigmore branch...
